Yo sup ya'll this is CrashOut the best with this time a PSA that I finally started making been working on this for like 3 days and the PSA is called Scourge The Hedgehog my all time favorite hedgehog and well here are the changes I made
Features:
He has dark attacks.

He can go super Scourge (if anyone wants help me get a super scourge working that would be great).

He has a powerful move but you have to figure it out.

Spindash wind effect is green thanks to marioandlink123.

A more Scourge like voice thanks to HaxMax.

and that's all for now I will update this a bunch and will work on this until he is perfect. Well, not much more to say but, if you have any problems let me know via P.M. PLEASE DON'T REPORT! Sup yall this is my first ever hack with no .rel file its a actually base for R.O.B i wanted to make this cause im more of a sonic hacker and etc so here ya go im really gonna work on this alot better than my other over snake i might get rid of it soon but there are some glitches like the final smash and the down b still a glitch after that everything else is just fine but remember its just a beta till ill upload a ver1 for it so bare with me but here ya go next will be Bowser ill put a hedgehog over him well enjoy and ill also up load some recolors for it as well:)

P.S i know SoulPurpace made this hack first all i did was made it my way with a few changes for it
