Happy New Year! from a not-so-Parallel Earth!!
I've been working on this for a while, still not done... But i thought i'd release what i have anyways for the New Year. Just like Phantom Wings did with Phoenix Mario <3 Speaking of which, Phoenix Mario Joins The 2019XX Ultimate Smash!!!
I will be uploading patches from now, and i would love to have some people help with sfx, textures, coding, anything you can help with. Join the discord to get to link up with other players, as well as download my other releases, and chat with me/us.
Lately I've gotten access to CERN's Large Hadron Collider, and a Quantum Computer, and like many people so far, have discovered all kinds of bizarre-crazy and nearly identical [with minor changes] parallel reality versions of Earth. All within the infinite multiverse of All That Is, of Creation. God, Itself.
Because the quantum computer is not limited to just THIS timeline, I am able to take a look at parallel versions of earth where different decisions are made and i interact with them. This is where i found "Super Smash Bros. X"!
In a time-line where the creators of Melee have recruited Professional Melee Players to help design a launch title for the upcoming "Nintendo Revolution" home console, under the project title they were calling "Project M", to be the epic 3rd installment of the "Super Smash Bros." series, which is also a 2-piece game, (Kind of like Wii U Sm4sh & 3DS Sm4sh or better yet TvC JPN & TvC USA in our timeline) and is being released for the Nintendo Revolution X-Mas Day 20XX for FREE as a digital download + DLC content and new balance patches, to everyone who was lucky enough to get a Nintendo Revolution since its MASSIVELY Successful launch just 2 days prior on the 23rd of December, outselling PS2 PS3 and Xbox360 in just TWO DAYS!! (What an interesting Time-Line they live in. My stupid Timeline gave me a "Wii" with "Super Smash Bros. Brawl"... and it wasn't even in launch window... -_- smh.)
Apparently they made 2 versions of this Smash based on region, since the Nintendo Revolution is a Region Free console. The 1st one is "Super Smash Bros. X" [USA] (released here for download) and the 2nd one is "Dairantou Smash Bros Brawl" [JPN] (release date TBA atm)
If you ask me, Nintendo from that Earth timeline got everything right! when it comes to not only the 3rd smash bros, but their console as well!! Its truly amazing what different actions taken can do to a timeline! Don't just take my word for it, See for yourself!

"Lets Welcome Khaos.."
This is the First Official, Public alpha version of SSB:Khaos!
A Brawl mod that aims to fuse aspects of ALL SMASH GAMES (that INCLUDES other smash mods.) while at the same time maintaining its melee competitive aspects as one of the top priorities.
Khaos in a nutshell:
-Hard taco or Soft taco?

-*CHEERS AND CELEBRATION*
This Mod could be considered a spiritual successor to melee, but instead of shunning Daddy Sakurai's post-melee approaches to smash, as well as drastically altering the cast like project m did. This mod will actually do its best to FUSE these 2 different concepts, merged into one cluster fvck of easter eggs, and references to ALL THINGS SMASH (again, this includes mods, so... ]EE[ ; Syntax Error ; Brawl+ ect. *wipes nostalgia tear from eye*)
You just have to find them ;)
PLUS extra characters, stages, textures, music, on the way in the next future release version, Khaos expansion pack, aka, Khaos Omega version.
Dont forget! This mod is made for competitive play! Keep in mind this is only 0.9 at the moment. So bear with me, I will release a version 1.0 asap. No ETA on it though, but just know its coming soon.
THIS VERSION OF RELEASE IS WIIMMFI WIFI CUSTOM SERVER READY! SO ONLINE IS *NOW FINE!* (Now is key. as this newest version of Khaos has NOW been tested on the new custom wifi servers as of 12/12/2015.) (if this is your first time using nintendo wifi after it was shut down, you may have to: 1- start up khaos via riivo or gecko/usb loader(which is still gecko) and attempt to connect to wifi like normal. 2- take note of the error code it gives you. 3- google your error code, you may simply have to wait 24hrs for your new wifi FC to be generated. Simply run Khaos via riivo or gecko (riivo recommended for sfx n stuff) within that time and connect to wifi like normal. And Voila!!
NOTE: When playing online with someone, please note that Khaos plays with custom buffer choices. Which will de-sync if both players are using different buffer scaling. To avoid this, as host, simply change the rules to turn buffer off (0 frame(s) of buffer matches) so no one gets confused. Or you can simply communicate with your opponent and agree upon a certain buffer you both will use before the match, remember? like we all did during them good ol brawl+ days :)
ALSO NOTE THIS VERSION IS MADE TO LAUNCH WITH RIIVOLUTION! (Although you can still launch via gecko and usb loader(which is still gecko, but for ISOs) but its not recommended as riivo allows for custom sfx and movies to be played. Its up to you.) THIS MEANS THAT, THE HOMEBREW CHANNEL USERS ARE GOOD TO GO!!
IF YOUR WII IS HACKLESS YOU WILL FIRST NEED TO GO INTO: 'YOUR_SD_CARD/PRIVATE/WII/APP/RSBE/' AND RENAME "smash ST ack" to "ST" and proceed to start up brawl like normal. GO TO VAULT, STAGE BUILDER, GAME WILL FREEZE FOR A LIL BIT THEN RIIVOLUTION SHOULD NOW LOAD UP.

(Some one said im better off with a hitbox for my kind of mod streaming, so i created one! :3) Someone sent me a whisper on twitch asking if i do online tournaments. I DEFINITELY WILL i've never done it before but this whole time im trying to get Khaos in actual physical tournament venues, yet i completely over-looked online tourneys! So yeah, we can try some online tourneys!! Why not?!?! ^.^)
Side Note and Fun Fact: This project started with the thought "who would win in a fight? Melee Fox? or Brawl MetaKnight?" And thus Khaos was born.
