[Character - Texture, Vertex - Bowser]
A custom Dry Bowser skin created by I that is for the RGV PM PR (Rio Grande Valley Project M Power Ranking)
This skin is for me as the number 8 in PR and I hope you'll download it as well since, hey, it looks pretty sick!
The idea for this was a balance of the pure white bones that sync in with the edgy black shell and top half of the skull along with matching scars
Comes with csp. might make bp and stock in time
If someone could help me out with the images, that would be great. I tried for an hour and still don't know why it wont show
