[Character - Texture - Mario] Na na na-na na-nanana, na na na-na na-nanana..
This is probably the first texture hack to utilise moving textures.
There are a few problems so please don't report the following:
-Makes all other Mario textures animated as well
-Textures stop moving during certain animations
-dumb noob comments that are unrelated
Anyone can use this, just be sure to give credit. =]
