[Stage - Texture, Vertex, Import - Final Destination]
First revamp of [12/12] Revamp Sunday!

Second upgrade on this awesome stage by Olimario1892 (he gave me permission to submit it).
V2: The main stage ain't weirdly dark anymore. Also, a certain amount of the Miis in the background had new, unpainted, HD faces. I just didn't changed them all because the game would slow down for some reason. O.o
So I just changed some. Also I fixed some scaling and added a model to made the water look better.
As a finish, I redid from scratch that big lights from the background, they're not grey anymore, and they look good with the sky.
V3: Now the water moves, and the blimp is fixed and now shows up correctly looking!
