[Character - Texture, Vertex, Moveset (PSA) - Marth]
Goes over Marth with no codes or rels.
Here's a Zack Fair PSA done by request. I must say that some of his moves are real fancy, and very quick. I didn't change the specials, but I modified them to enhance their offensive potential, and the moveset I think is pretty fun to play with.
The only thing I may have to change is the model because there are some animations that make the arms look a bit... sketchy. Someone PM me if they got any ideas, but other than that it's pretty much done.
