[Stage - Texture, Vertex - Yoshi's Island (Melee)]
I made this as trying to immatate the Nighttime neon hack for Yoahi's Story in melee, but i thought this looked cooler, and was easier too because all I had to do was invert the colors of most of the textures. Based off http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=16222
