[P:M 3.6] Female Announcer Redone by Maxi with credit to Rina-chan and Diddy Kong

EDIT: Slight tweak to Link's announcer call. Sounded a little too quiet for my taste.

It's been a while since I've uploaded, but here's something that'll give a little more customization options for P:M players!

Since I worked with Rina-chan and Diddy Kong to help balance the volume and size of the sfx long ago, I still had the original sounds just sitting there. So, I decided to remake the pack into .sawnd files, rebalance any sounds that irk me, and add voice clips for Roy and Mewtwo!

It's quite simple to get working, just slide the packed files into the 'sfx' folder, and you're good to go! Please keep in mind that these are specifically for Project M 3.5.

Some things to remember before reporting:
