[Character - Texture - Custom Character]
A bit dissatisfied with the default textures given to Mewtwo in Project M, I took it upon myself to make a replacement for the blue team palette that was, well, more blue. Slight inspiration was taken from Dragonair (mostly in the color choice and eyes). This is my first hack, so I hope you all enjoy.
