[Character - Texture, Vertex - Jigglypuff]
Jigglypuff gets a makeover! Or rather a downgrade in dimensions...
My friend gave me this idea from when he saw kirby's G&W hat, and I thought it'd look awesome, there are two versions avalible as the 2D one causes the shield to be invisible, though it still works. Use whichever one you like!

Some things to remember before reporting:
