Saltspray Rig (with HD SSS UI) by davidvkimball, Eternal Yoshi, ledgerewskie with credit to Baladev Rice for the revamped textures.
Effects on wifi are unknown.

It's Saltspray Rig from Splatoon!

Basically, I re-textured ledgerewskie's edit of Eternal Yoshi's Big Shell stage, added new sky and water, and a seagull.

Goes over Shadow Moses Island by default but I provided a .rel file so you can place it over any stage.

Comes with:

- Stage previews (+ HD)
- Stage icons (+ HD)
- Series icons (+ HD)
- Series marks (+ HD)
- Stage name (+ HD)
- Random Stage Select preview (+ HD)
- Music

Brawl and Project M-specific stage icons provided.

Adding stage name, series icon, and series mark images very soon.
