[Character - Texture, Vertex, Import, Moveset (PSA) - Luigi]
If you want the balanced version, download that one, take the FitFalco.Pac, rename it to FitLuigi.pac, and put it in your luigi folder.
This was a quick hack I made because people said they wont replace Falco with Silver because they have Syther, so i made this. one glitch and that is the fact that FS doesnt do damage, and the FS doesnt go away till Syther dies.
