[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Mario]
Well, i'll leave it as this for now, if I think of anything i'll make a V.3. I'll probably end up making a Luigi V.3 as a Galaxy-ish moveset or somethin' :P
Changes include but are not limited to:
Fireball Spin for B, boosting momentum in air.
Mario Tornado over Down B
Doctor Mario-like attributes and damage.
