Thanks to those who made the Mewtwo over jiggs V3. this port works pretty great over ice climbers. the up-B is disabled so it would prevent from freezing aka the Beep of death. well enjoy

PS. Nooooooo there is nothing difference between the mewtwo over jiggs. there pretty much the same.
