Team Rockets Meowth making an entré to the Smash World enquitment with His Guitar and Some team rocket things like Bomb and Boomerang
Why he has a Guitar is that he always wanted a party! (pokemon channel refs)
so here he is! Time for stealing some pokemons or having a great party!
He has:
* NOT moveable eyes, I couldn't make it look great so without version looks better right now
* Blinking/ emotions feeling eye expressions
* Yellow Iris and Metal Texture
also, something is little wierd about it's normal on his Left Eye, you can see it's a own "object" if you are extremly picky o:
