Hello! It is your old friend... FF7ad--- err... FF7Frieza... I am back from the dead after god knows how long with a new hack! This time, it is Flandre Scarlet from Touhou 6: Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil, oh, but this is a texture hack with less brighter colors... IMO: The hack looks more sexier with these textures... Also, here is a moveset that will go along with it
