TvC CSS Beta Release by DSX8 with credit to ASF1nk for some bug fix's and Pride for basic layout design

Spent alot of work with this CSS project. This is only a beta release of this project. Thanks to ASF1nk for helping me fix some bugs with this CSS. Credit to xZedkiel for the CSS icons also. If you dont use a common5 file, open it up in brawlbox, and extract the Sc_SelCharacter from the .pac
