This is not the model from Mario Kart 7, thought I would mention that, it's Brawl Mario edited to look like Metal Mario from MK7, but using the Brawl Metal texture.
Has no eye movement, yellow eyes, or normal eyes. Has perfect rigging since I didn't touch it, hurt face & eyes, both hair polygons, and the metal texture is normalized, so it follows the camera.
This is another one of my Brawl Imports, a Brawl model imported into 3ds max and imported back into Brawl as a dae, for those who didn't understand what "Brawl Import" meant.
