Luigi from Super Mario Galaxy 2
Here's the scoop about Luigi and NPC Luigi:
NPC Luigi is the one you talk to, which is Luigi, and this is the one you play as, which is Mario with Luigi's head and clothes. Yes Nintendo trolls us by making a real Luigi model in the galaxy games, and then makes it so we play as Mario with Luigi's head.
Because of this, that is why NPC Luigi doesn't have any PowerUps besides Fire (because Brawl Luigi did) and Flying (Because it's just a simple texture recolor). This guy has all the PowerUps. :D
Has Perfect Eye Movement, Perfect Metals, Yellow Eyes, Hurt Face, Near-Perfect Rig, both Hair Polygons, Galaxy Shine Effect, and every PowerUp, not including Boo and Rainbow.
Just like Mario, he has the Fire, Flying, Ice, Cosmic, Rock, Cloud, Bee, Spring, Bone from when Electricuted in the SMG games, and a version wearing Mario's clothes.
Both Luigi and Mario Luigi have a SMBZ v3 version.
Renamed mustache, nose, and hat bones so will probably desync wifi.
