[Character - Texture - Jigglypuff]
My first texture hack! (Oh, what do you know? Something that actually relates to my name!)
I thought that the slight tints in Brawl weren't enough to distinguish characters (even if they do have hats,) so I decided to upload 2 of my 7 recolors for Jigglypuff!
...I guess you can consider using it for cBliss, but putting my recolors over Jiggly's green cap slot will result in a garbled mess. So watch for that.
