UPDATE: made Roy's armor a richer blue and changed the code a little

I made the cape purple again, made the emblem blend in better, retextured the upper part of his arm that was a reddish brown graident that was once hidden by his once longer sleeves, vertex hacked his cape thinner, & made the new partial size modifier that allows the separate resizing of all 3 dimensions. and also the Roy code that uses it

Sephiroth PSA v0.2 by TheCloudPSAisGodly with credit to 2DaMAx92, Aafyre, Red Demon 101 and BigBadBooya + Fixes by Wave Kusanagi[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Marth]

Now has more graphic effects, all special attacks alterred; most non-special moves now have bigger hitboxes (effectively making you have more weapon reach). Run animation changed, he now glides. Some attacks stronger.
NOTE: If it is re-released, and you have problems opening the folder, extract it and then open the folder, it should work then. Something is wrong with my zipping abilities :)

Hooray! It's finally done! I've finally finished my, technically, first hack!(First one I started, anyway.)
The last update I had made was on March 18th/21st of 2012. Since then, I've updated and refined many many aspects of this moveset.
Some goodies that await you inside are:
Multiple versions! One for vBrawl, Brawl Plus, Brawl Minus(one with normal sword trails and one with the tabuu trail) and a Project:M styled version!
Side B's hitlag was fixed for the vBrawl and Brawl Minus versions! Now it's not so ridiculously hard to use!
Brand New Final Smash!
Redone SFX! Also comes with a few different character calls.
Updated the "Roy-compatible-Marth" PSA(graphical stuff)
And ALL the functioning .rels! Got a character you don't like? There's, for the most part, a .rel for that!
...Oh, and I'll be working on my own 'de-cloned Roy' sometime in the future. Keep an eye out for that :3c

The blade reaches full length now, not just the length of Marth's sword. :D

Ok people here is my Sephiroth that I made, even though it is a edited final smash. (And no I don't just make final smash hacks) He has 2 pac files that you can use, one where his one wing shows up in his entry & final smash, and the other one where it shows in all of his animations. (but here is the issue with the wing in all animations, if you throw someone, Sephiroth's wing will appear on them, if you decide to take it off and try to throw someone afterwords, it will make the game freeze. It does the same thing with my angels)
And now finally, only the Sephiroth psa team has my permission to edit and use this psa I made, no one else.
(oh and it should work on all Marth models)
