UPDATE 03/21/11: Thanks to BeyondYou, the normals are now fixed!

Gengar on motorcycles! I think that this is probably my best vertex hack yet. His eyes and mouth are painted on if you were curious.

Thanks to dingoberriz for telling me how to fix his morphing issue. Before, he used to morph slowly back into Wario's original body as he stored up gas. I added that version just in case anybody wanted to try it. Remember, this has to go over Classic Wario (not Biker) or else he freezes the game.

This probably desyncs wifi because I had to do a lot of bone renaming to get him to work properly.

I made this PSA like 3 months ago, I never uploaded it because I was feeling quite lazy.

Anyways, this is Petey Piranha over Wario.
His aerial game is grade A,

his ground game is kind of C-grade, but his grounded
side-B makes up for that.

His recovery is amazing (but his aerial side-B makes you unable to recover, so be careful with that.)

He has a new final smash that glitches on occasion (also exits final smash state upon enterring so smash balls can be spammed during this state).

Most of the animations that make Wario appear to be such an overly cartoony character are changed, voices moved from most attacks.

taunts, entry animations, win animations defeat animations etc... are unchanged.

I may eventually change these things, who knows.

Ludwig, the demented oldest Koopaling with a bad taste for music, suddenly acquires a bike and races to fight random people. He also scoffed too much broccoli, I bet, because when you're near him, it might be a good idea to bring a gas mask. Unless by good luck, you happen to have a gas-less PSA.

Don't worry, this rig isn't too bad. His mouth can move around. He also has metal textures (if not, it's easy to fix it).

You can also call him Kooky von Koopa since the Fake Mario Show said so.

Finished Moves: Entry, Down Sidestep, Run, Dash, Neutral A Air, Down A Air, Up A Air, Attack 11, Attack 12, Side Tilt, Down Tilt, Up B, Side B

I came up with the idea and thought it would be neat if he didn't look all clean cut, but instead nasty and sketch. Used assets from PM's Dr. Mario and mostly just stretched them out.
Goes over Brown Classic Wario (10) by default.
No bones modified. CSP/BP/Stock included.

Cool features:

- Hair. He doesn't have hair under his hat like Mario, so I made a model and texture from scratch. Parted down the middle isn't his canon hair, but it looks how I envisioned he would style it if he were pretending to be Dr. Mario
- Stretched out hole between the buttons wasa nice touch too, I thought. Looks really good, I'm proud of it

Legacy Wario can now be downloaded! He comes to take other people's money, and does it in anyway possible!

A rather simple PSA, but the results were quite interesting, and it works, this is the result.
