There are 97 characters in this build at the moment + more already confirmed!
*Note* Knuckles, Lyn, and Isaac are NOT from Project M CC or the Dev Build, nor are any of those versions included in this pack.
Also, please do not reupload the characters individually, I edited them to be compatible with Project M the best I could, so don't be that guy. FULL CREDIT TO ALL THE AMAZING PEOPLE THAT MADE THESE PSAs! I only made them compatible with Project M! Please credit me and the PSA creators if you use these versions.
Thank you all for downloading my Project M EX build, Some of the EX Characters have recieved a small balance change to improve
the overall experience + 6 new characters & 8 L-Loadable characters have been added, bringing the total to 97 total characters with more on the way!
New stages are also added, some have 2 ALT stages, simply Hold either "L" or "Y" to select the stage. L for the Left stage / only ALT stage,
or "Y" for the right / second ALT stage. A few of the cloned characters have been "decloned" and are still in 'development'.
Smash 4 Team Battle Auras are available in this build! All of the default Project M cast has been reverted to 3.6's balance changes.
This build is 95% safe with the Dolphin Emulator, that was the main way I've tested this build. It has a few random freezes,
but could be due to the newly added Stage Expansion.
I cannot guarantee Wii won't have issues or freezes, and in the event it freezes on the Wii, try to see if you can replicate the issue at least twice before letting me know. Also, I can also only guarentee that VS Mode would be the only and safest option. I do not know if single-player, classic, or any other mode is compatible with Project M EX.
Also, again, this is my personal build that I am sharing, so if you see some stuff that you don't like (cosmetic changes, possible costumes, etc) don't message me complaining or asking me to replace it. You can simply replace the cosmetic with whatever you want. I made a lot of sacrfices to some of the Alternate Costumes Project M had introduced starting with PM 3.0. If your favorite ALT has been removed, sorry, but this is my custom build.
More is expected, but needs to be completed!
=KNOWN GLITCHES or ISSUES=
- Few random freezes may happen when they otherwise would not, please be aware
- Ryu and Wolf together at the same time cause graphical conflicts with their moves, try to avoid having these two fight
- A clone fighting the same base character will cause smaller graphical inconsistencies with moves like sword slashes and glows
- A clone or base character may be mute after the initial match with the clone, to resolve, unpick and select another character
- Most clones are mute, this is not a glitch; it is intentional, but something worth mentioning
- All non-native Project M characters will T-Pose for 1-Frame during initial Shield Animation
- Dixie Kong has an issue with her pupils
- Fed. Soldier will have a tranqulizer dart if playing with Snake in the same match
- If Link or Toon / Young Link is chosen, and then Bomberman, Bomberman will not have visible bombs
- Isaac may T-Pose or freeze in place if using down-special, unsure why, seems to be random
- Classic and All-Star Mode will freeze if "Pokemon Trainer" shows up (mostly the individual Pokemon)
- Daisy will Freeze the game upon getting the Smash Ball. Avoid it at all costs.
- Lara Croft will swim infinitely upward if you use down special before landing in water, hold left or right to kill yourself to respawn
- Deoxys may freeze the game if doing Final Smash / getting the Smash Ball
- [Wii Only] Deoxys has a graphical glitch when performing B + A neutral special
- All-Star Special Mode can freeze randomly on Wii, use at your own risk. (Works fine on Dolphin)
- Super Sonic's Final Smash may Crash the Game
- Tails may have some moveset errors
- Clear Mode may freeze for some characters
- Simon Belmont has a few graphical glitches, not game breaking though
- Scorpion and Sub-Zero may lag the game
- Some Stages [Expansion Version Only] may lag terribly on Wii
- Team Auras will not work with Team Attack off
- Sephiroth is not OP, but his range is very good. He is still in "development" for PMEX.

- Metal Sonic is now updated to the most recent released version
- SD and Hackless loaders no longer contain css bgm, title screen, or main menu changes to allow them to better fit on most 2GB SD cards.

Well here it is, this is likely going to be my final release for Infinite. I might do some little improvements on the side at some point, but nothing else major.
Changelog is included in the read me, most notably is the addition of a whole ton of stages.
For those who haven't played with the pack before, basic features include:
- 14 Alternate costumes for most base fighters, an average of 9 or more for most extra fighters
- 65 Additional Characters
- Customized Menus and Menu BGM
- 450+ Additional Stages
- Project M's Stamina Mode
Still the same load type as before, but as the pack size is so big now it may not fit on all 2GB SD cards. Highly recommend using 4GB SDHC or higher, or going the dolphin route which has an iso patch for the brstms to save space on its virtual SD.
Follow the formatting instructions to get the most of your card's file size if you're using 2GB, but if all else fails delete the brstms, and pfmenu2 folder to free some extra space without missing too much.

- Chrom will have terrible SFX when playing against Marth, Roy, or Lucina (& Mia)
- Most clones might freeze with Smash Balls, try to avoid playing a clone with Smash Balls active
- Kirby cannot use ROB or Dedede's ability due to EX - related thing
- All EX clones (+ Roy and Mewtwo) do not have Kirby hats or abilities
- Some Stages [Expansion Version Only] may lag terribly on Wii

This build is running off of PyotrLuzhin's PM + BrawlEx v0.5 Template. Without him this build would not have been possible AT ALL.

THIS IS A PUBLIC BETA!
If this whole build fits on your 2GB SD Card, then it may work hacklessly. A 4GB+ SD Card (and Homebrew) is highly recommended!
Thank you all for downloading my Project M EX build, Some of the EX Characters have recieved a small balance change to improve
the overall experience. 81 default characters + 15 L-Loadable Characters! 96 total characters in this build!
*Note* Knuckles, Lyn, and Isaac are NOT from Project M CC or the Dev Build, nor are any of those versions included in this pack.
A few of the cloned characters have been "decloned" and are still in 'development'.
Smash 4 Team Battle Auras are available in this build! All of the default Project M cast has been reverted to 3.6's balance changes.
This build is 95% safe with the Dolphin Emulator, that was the main way I've tested this build. It has a few random freezes,
but could be due to the newly added Stage Expansion.
I cannot guarantee Wii won't have issues or freezes, and in the event it freezes on the Wii, try to see if you can replicate
the issue at least twice before letting me know. Also, I can also only guarentee that VS Mode would be the only and safest option.
I do not know if single-player, classic, or any other mode is compatible with Project M EX.
Also, again, this is my personal build that I am sharing, so if you see some stuff that you don't like (cosmetic changes,
possible costumes, etc) don't message me complaining or asking me to replace it. You can simply replace the cosmetic with
whatever you want. I made a lot of sacrfices to some of the Alternate Costumes Project M had introduced starting with PM 3.0.
If your favorite ALT has been removed, sorry, but this is my custom build.
This is gonna be the last version I upload, so enjoy it. Anything new I add will probably stay in my custom build, personally. Thanks.
=KNOWN GLITCHES or ISSUES=
- Few random freezes may happen when they otherwise would not, please be aware
- Ryu and Wolf together at the same time cause graphical conflicts with their moves, try to avoid having these two fight
- A clone fighting the same base character will cause smaller graphical inconsistencies with moves like sword slashes and glows
- A clone or base character may be mute after the initial match with the clone, to resolve, unpick and select another character
- Most clones are mute, this is not a glitch; it is intentional, but something worth mentioning
- All non-native Project M characters will T-Pose for 1-Frame during initial Shield Animation
- Dixie Kong has an issue with her pupils
- Fed. Soldier will have a tranqulizer dart if playing with Snake in the same match
- If Link or Toon / Young Link is chosen, and then Bomberman, Bomberman will not have visible bombs
- Isaac may T-Pose or freeze in place if using down-special, unsure why, seems to be random
- Classic and All-Star Mode will freeze if "Pokemon Trainer" shows up (mostly the individual Pokemon)
- Daisy will Freeze the game upon getting the Smash Ball. Avoid it at all costs.
- Lara Croft will swim infinitely upward if you use down special before landing in water, hold left or right to kill yourself to respawn
- Deoxys may freeze the game if doing Final Smash / getting the Smash Ball
- [Wii Only] Deoxys has a graphical glitch when performing B + A neutral special
- All-Star Special Mode can freeze randomly on Wii, use at your own risk. (Works fine on Dolphin)
- Super Sonic's Final Smash may Crash the Game
- Tails may have some moveset errors
- Clear Mode may freeze for some characters
- When holding L and moving around the CSS, some CSPs might not show
- When winning a match with an L-Load the CSPs might not show on the Results Screen
- DO NOT HOLD Z TO LOAD DARK CHARACTERS, THE GAME MIGHT FREEZE
- Chrom will have terrible SFX when playing against Marth, Roy, or Lucina (& Mia)
- Most clones might freeze with Smash Balls, try to avoid playing a clone with Smash Balls active
- Kirby cannot use ROB or Dedede's ability due to EX - related thing
- All EX clones (+ Roy and Mewtwo) do not have Kirby hats or abilities
- Some Stages [Expansion Version Only] may lag terribly on Wii
- Team Auras will not work with Team Attack off
- Sephiroth is not OP, but his range is very good. He is still in "development" for PMEX.
- Shadow's Final Smash may freeze on Wii
- Louie and Alph may have issues with the Pikmin, Alph can possibly freeze the game, although unconfirmed.
- Shulk is in BETA and may have lots of issues, although many are not gamebreaking

Finally got around to uploading this here. I've had this update done since the beginning of the year but I've been busy with college so I never had the opportunity to make it vault ready.
Notable changes from the last release are expanded costume slots for all base characters and some BrawlEx chars, tweaks to make classic mode and all-star more playable, and some moveset updates and bug fixes.
Full changelog and credits list are both available in the download.
There's 4 versions this time, Hackless, 2GB, SDHC and Dolphin. I cleaned up the instructions for using each one to only be relevant to whichever one you downloaded too, so it's less confusing for those who are less familiar to setting this up... Though if you're downloading it from here I sort of doubt you'll have as much trouble with that.
And as for the usual features and such:
- 62 additional characters, original roster kept intact
- Over 100 stages. (Gamecube or Classic controller required to load half of them.)
- 13 alts for most base fighters, around 9 or more for each BrawlEx character. All alts have appropriate cosmetics from in game snapshots.
- BrawlEx characters all have gfx fixes to avoid conflicts.
Code list included if you want to make your own .gct.

This may seem like “just another BrawlEx pack” for now but trust this one is different from the rest. There are PSAS that have NEVER been in a pack before and others that have combined move sets. The goal is to make this the most enjoyable as possible while creating little to no freezing.

I aint removing the report for fear of losing submission privileges, seeing as me challenging unwarranted reports before didn't go so well, and now the ignorance card can be used against me ("you should have known better than to remove this legitimate report, your pack does indeed have freezes")
for anyone bothering to read to this point, No, the pack does not "[Freeze] alot"; it only freezes on the rarest of circumstances and only for reasons of the PSAS, Models or other files which I am using from other packs are causing the freezes. I am trying to identify any potential causes (such as a psa conflicting when a similar character is used in the same match) but no one has yet reported any specific problems to me. I feel as it is not my responsibility to be responsible for other people's hacks not working, and I have little tolerance to when they don't. If I find a broken file in my pack, and i cannot fix it personally, it's not going to stay in my pack.
Please be more specific than saying "Freezes alot"
Also, stages do have music, so "stages don't have music" is also unwarranted.
Rumored glitches (unsupported claims for certain files. ie. these rumors need to be investigated if they exist in my pack):
-dark link's PSA will freeze if you use him and link at the same time

-Freezes can happen OUTSIDE of multiplayer brawl (custom CSS stuff isn't supposed to work outside of multiplayer)
-SDHC code isn't working
-bomberman's bombs prematurely detonate under certain, yet unknown, circumstances.
-bomberman's yellow bombs and darklink have glitched models some times

-remove extraneous apps (only one gecko needed, stuff was left over from my SD card)
-Fix SDHC code (anyone wanna direct me to the right one?)
-I wonder why the classic expansion pack had the music codes and if I'm supposed to add certain tracks for the certain stages. if so, I will

I aint removing the report for fear of losing submission privileges, seeing as me challenging unwarranted reports before didn't go so well, and now the ignorance card can be used against me ("you should have known better than to remove this legitimate report, your pack does indeed have freezes")
for anyone bothering to read to this point, No, the pack does not "[Freeze] alot"; it only freezes on the rarest of circumstances and only for reasons of the PSAS, Models or other files which I am using from other packs are causing the freezes. I am trying to identify any potential causes (such as a psa conflicting when a similar character is used in the same match) but no one has yet reported any specific problems to me. I feel as it is not my responsibility to be responsible for other people's hacks not working, and I have little tolerance to when they don't. If I find a broken file in my pack, and i cannot fix it personally, it's not going to stay in my pack.
Please be more specific than saying "Freezes alot"
Also, stages do have music, so "stages don't have music" is also unwarranted.
Rumored glitches (unsupported claims for certain files. ie. these rumors need to be investigated if they exist in my pack):
-dark link's PSA will freeze if you use him and link at the same time
-not all of the costumes slots work

Updated as of 12/23/2021: Happy Holidays, bois! Have a surprise Version 2.5 update! Cloud and Silver have been added to the already extensive roster and I hope y'all have fun with them! Also included is a Mario Party stage slot along with a Sonic Unleashed stage slot and a multi-Capcom related stage slot as well. Last but not least, there is a Swimming Overhaul included which allows you to fight in the water on several water based stages (Keep in mind that some characters don't have swimming animations and as a result, will just bug out in the water). In addition, stages based on Paper Mario, Dr. Mario, Banjo and Kazooie, Under Night in Birth, Persona, as well the updated stage list from P+ 2.29 and stages made by MarioDox join the already substantial lineup! Also, code menu implementation for everyone in the roster and new special modes! Try out Random Angle Mode (who knows where your knockback will send you?!) and Balloon Stocks (Pop a balloon to gain a stock... or lose it?).

Updated as of 12/23/2021: Happy Holidays, bois! Have a surprise Version 2.5 update! Cloud and Silver have been added to the already extensive roster and I hope y'all have fun with them! Also included is a Mario Party stage slot along with a Sonic Unleashed stage slot and a multi-Capcom related stage slot as well. Last but not least, there is a Swimming Overhaul included which allows you to fight in the water on several water based stages (Keep in mind that some characters don't have swimming animations and as a result, will just bug out in the water). Updated as of 11/28/2021: PussPuss Build version 2 is finally here! New characters like Isaac, Sans Undertale, Blaziken, and more await you. In addition, stages based on Paper Mario, Dr. Mario, Banjo and Kazooie, Under Night in Birth, Persona, as well the updated stage list from P+ 2.29 and stages made by MarioDox join the already substantial lineup! Also, code menu implementation for everyone in the roster and new special modes! Try out Random Angle Mode (who knows where your knockback will send you?!) and Balloon Stocks (Pop a balloon to gain a stock... or lose it?).

This features several character inclusions from LXP (RIP), Remix, CL, and solo releases like Dante, Nu, and Black Shadow. This can be used on Wii as well but you will see some downgraded textures as it was done to get the game to load in the first place so please do so as your own risk. 4002 August 16th, 2014 [Pack - Character, Portrait] Collaboration with REVENAUT1313. For easy use, copy the "project m" folder onto the root of your SD card. The right-most pic features BP's.
Updates include (8/16/14):
- Meta Knight confirmed for Smash 4! He's been given his CSP, BP, and CSS selection icon.
- Zelda & Sheik have been given SSB4 recolors (only those shown off at Best Buy Smash Fest).
- Captain Falcon has been given a new CSS to match his Smash 4 portrait!
OLD (7/14/14):
- Captain Falcon is CONFIRMED for Smash 4! He's had his SSB4 CSP and BP's ready!
- Luigi, Bowser, and Donkey Kong have received new SSB4 (CSP) recolors!
- Peach, Zelda, and Marth have been given SSB4 textures!
- Ike has been given his Smash 3 textures!
- Peach, Ike, and Zero Suit have had their CSP's re-centered.

- Luigi's centered CSS.
- Ness's CSS background color was changed to a faint red.
- Zero Suit Samus's CSS background color was changed to her SSB4 background color (it used to be a darker indigo).

- Sheik's CSS was centered.
