Attack13 animation change (not a PSA) by (specter)[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Lucario]
I changed Lucario's third jab (Attack13) animation to Captain Falcon's utilt (AttackHi3) just because I wanted to see what it would look like, and it doesn't look too bad following up after his two jabs. I spent a very long time perfecting the bone positions so that it looks natural on Lucario.
If you can't make out the animation from the two pictures, it is a wheel kick then lands in a split.
This is not a PSA because I don't know how to use that program, so Lucario still has the hitbox of his original high-kick third jab. In other words, it's just an animation to make Lucario's jab sequence cooler (at least to me). If it were a PSA, it would spike if it connects with an aerial opponent, as that's what Falcon's utlit does.
File comes with MotionEtc.pac and Attack13.chr0 for those who want it on their own custom MotionEtc.pacs

DownAttackU animation change (not a PSA) by (specter)[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Lucario]
Lucario's attack while he's down on his back (DownAttackU) is changed to Captain Falcon's, meaning, like Falcon, Lucario now does a hand-stand spinning legs kick when you attack while lying on your back on the floor. Again, this is only an animation change and not a PSA, but it doesn't really make a difference because the hitboxes from Lucario's original DownAttackU sync up decently with this new one.
