I added Raichu to pmex remix, he has lots of moveset changes to make him stand out, hes also heavier. includes a drag and drop for easily adding. also no HD textures ATM.

As the name says, this pack is meant to add unique victory themes for every character* in Project+.
*Except for Squirtle, Ivysaur and Charizard, the three share the same theme *.
The original themes are still there, but they are only used by the protagonists of their respective franchises (Mario, DK, etc.)
Tested in Project+ 2.15, only on my Wii, but idk if it's going to work in Netplay anyway :P
