Hey  EVERYBODY! This is BigBadBooya, what am I doing bringing this post back? Well I have a very interesting preview to show. Hopefully the ENTIRE WORLD WILL BE ABLE TO FEEL AS EXCITED AS I DID WHEN I GOT HIM TO WORK WITH NO PROBLEM!!!!! I was able to successfully make another winged character!!!! This has been something that I have been trying to make work for months!

Oh I couldn't work on it because I don't know the External Graphic effect number that you used for it.

Do you think that the lava should just appear from the left or right when he uses it? That way everyone will see it coming no matter where he is facing.

I don't think I can. I don't have him in my brawl, but I think that it comes in the beginning of the animation.

*Blushes* Screw you! lololol. Well once I manage to understand all the big #'s and find the stuff needed for what I want to do I'll blow you out the house. First I'll do textures. Then I'll move up until I make PSA's that compete with yours. What you have to worry about is all the competition you'll get from this guy here.

Well you know, PSA is actually easier to understand than textures in my opinion [ yet, I haven't attempted textures yet]. lol  that's true, I might have to release my unreleased final versions of my hacks or I'll get burned. :3....I'm going to start changing external graphics around.

The Sephiroth PSA looks amazing and I approve....but there are two things I was wondering if you could do that would make this perfect for me (big fan of Sephiroth). 
1. Can you possibly make him use his sword with his left hand?
2. Can you prevent his hair from going through him?
Other than that everything is amazing and I'm not trying to be rude or anything just trying to make some friendly suggestions :)

Well the hair is part of the model so it's basically pretending he used too much hair spray. Only experts have been able to give models their own moves/be affected by gravity and wind. Hair before goes through the character so if the hair is set back more it solves the problem of going though the character.

Ok, due to my issues with my attention span, I constantly make many hacks at once, the Sephiroth is my only hack that is 94% complete. The Marth that has mirror eyes was made by Frozen-Song, and she claims that it was by accident. ;)

I will release Mirror Eyes Marth tomorrow.

My Sephiroth psa, I was going to give him 2 new animations before I release him-1:flying over his running 2: make a dash attack for the flying animation.

For 4-tailed naruto, I just started it, but had another idea to make a Tobi hack to have an actual mask that he can wear and remove without vertexing it and it worked. Now it needs to be positioned properly over his face. :>.>palm:

Also I have a Dark Summoner that can so far summon a monster for his final smash, use meteors, make a snake breath fire, and make portals. But I need to get that Sephiroth done first. :af:

Frozen-Song does the textures for me.


Also expect Angels to appear in Brawl, with the power of light. A video will come soon for them.

Take your time. Be like Hollow. Make one project at a time. That way you can focus more on that one PSA. Still, tester here just in case. PM me the files when you get a chance please.

Ok oh and forgot to mention that KingJigglypuff helps me with my psa because I am pretty bad with that.

I did the textures on Lucario, but not on Marth (the Marth was by Frozen-Song)
The Lucario was from KingJigglypuff's enhanced Lucario, but his dark energy and new final smash was from me

I agree with Divine.  The thing about PSAs is that they take less skill and more time and patience and dedication than textures.  If you have all the knowledge of PSA and Brawlbox you can make fantastic Attack hacks, even if you have no artistic ability whatsoever.

Anyways, Sephiroth and Naruto look AWESOME.  Can't wait to see what you do with them :)

@BigBadBooya: I couldn't fix the Final Smash graphics of your "unnamed" moveset (don't want to give out too much), but I still think it looks good.

Wait a minute*WAY too late for this* For Sephiroth, the wing was there all along yet you made it invisible until he gets the FS, to represent him in his final battle or something since I only played the first FF crystal chronicles.

Also, if I recall, Naruto is a "normal" boy yet he has a fox demon in him right? If so, isn't the 4-tailed naruto one of his forms when the furry in him comes to play? I never watch Naruto yet I think this is bad@$$. And what's with the 9-tailed thing? Is there a part when Naruto has 9 tails? When does the fox demon show completely?

As for the Naruto, I started a final smash animations a while ago, but could not find a good graphic for the chakra ball. Bit if you can make him run, jump, attack, and grab like 4-tailed Naruto then I will release him.

Also would you guys like me to try to make the real nine tailes fully appear? I can't promise anything, but I can try.

Well if it looks cool I'll take anything. This is better than anything I have ever seen so go for it! Just take your time and do it right. It helps.

there is a kyubi model in a stage and to appear him we need to do like akatsuki cheat but we need to replace giga bowser with that model i mention above
or import your naruto with 4 tails over wario man giga bowser
or zelda but with zelda or zss the model has a bit of bones and cant grab items
i have a method i will use with my psa the best plumber in the world that is put the model over fluud and he appears but it has only 6 or 5 animations and he only appear in the down b.

i can help you animating like kyubi naruto grabs ,jumps and attacks and maybe the chakra ball bubbles and the attack from lucario and ivysaur or luigi final smash or deoxys attack

Or I can do it my way, which may work if I go undercover and surprise everyone.....I got an idea!!!!!!

Remember seeing an Angel Yoshi PSA a while back so it's cool to see that they can be made on more characters than just him. Are all the final smashes going to be screen-wide one hit kills, though? They look fancy and all, but it's not the most fun thing being handed a win button..

Interesting. How did you give him one wing? Yoshi? But then you would have had to half hex it off. How?
Everything else seems feasible, nice naruto animating there, and the meteor effect was quite good. The black materia was from a smoke ball or something, right?

Well I was going to make Zelda's Final Smash different, but if it does not do a massive amount of damage then it won't even move the people that it hits.

For Ike I was going to have one or two more of him appear like shadow clones then attack the opponents too for his final smash.

I got Sonic to do an interesting FS. I am making his really unique, heal or attack. I will show everyone soon.

These are all awesome! I'd download everyone of this. I'd help but I'm getting a computer for Christmas. I'd like to be your partner once I get a computer. :l

Wow. Well, to make up for one hit kill FS' make it possible to hit them out of it. And slow the FS' down too. That way you can still have the Super K.O's that I love yet you can still be vulnerable to attacks, like in Blazblue how you can hit the characters out of their finishes. Same example with Static Pikachu. I would love to have all the PSA's you made so far. Well, at least when you think they are good for sending. Try copying the CON Naruto so you can have the clones for AI's FS' and you could make it so the knock back is so low that the damage level(like from 0 to 999) makes the opponent fly halfway for AZ.

For AAL, try making him shoot to the side of either part of the screen depending whether he is facing right or left when he stuns someone at the beginning of the FS' (like in the beginning of his old FS)and have him send multiple arrow articles and bombs at the opponent so it seems like a hail of arrows and bombs from catapults like in the beginning of a war. Then have him shoot across the screen, wiping out anyone he comes in contact. He only does this when he stuns someone cause they'll be in the triforce prison and he can also be hit out of it.

Who was it that made Hyper Sonic and Full Throttle Sonic? He/they can help out with my angel sonic a lot.


That's a really good idea for all the angels.

But I don't know how to make link shoot arrows, would someone be able to tell me. I could Make him do a tornado that damages the victim, then light (not toooo big though) burst from his hand at the end of the final smash.

I don't think computers hate you, but if they did have emotions they would love me for no apparent reason :( . Maybe once you remake the PSAs you keep a copy on your SD card in the fighter folder or elsewhere and another in the computer. That way you don't have problems with shorting out and whatnot.

EDIT: OR if you sent the files to someone in a download download from your own profile if that didn't bust. If otherwise, ask someone who has the PSAs from any that you lost to make a temporary link.

Remember how I lost my dark summoner..... WELL HE'S BACK AND (almost) READY TO START HIS REIGN OF TERROR!!!! :happy:

I got to check his files to see if it is possible first. So far Wario, Gannondorf, and Bowser might not be able to have wings unless it was vertexed (that I know of).

The 1 player matches code is the one he used. And, yes, you can still play a normal brawl with these codes on. They just let you start with one player/team only, but you can have more.

When I used that 1 player match, I automatically die when I go to the match.

Is it because you are in stock mode?

...you know the texture/color fill of Pyrochu/Pyro Pikachu on brawl could you also make a version for a texture on the wings for the texture of Pyrochu.

Nice job with the wings, booya! What made it so much harder to put wings on mario than on any of the other ones you've done?

Mario was harder than the others because I was dealing with an article, rather than a normal graphic. So I was pretty amazed at the wings position. I'll work on the animations later.

An article is like Lucario's aura sphere, if it appears it will always appear in between his hands and it can't be treated as a normal external graphic (at lease to my knowledge :notimp:)

I did not get him to use yoshi's article, those wings are (according to brawl because of me putting it there >D take that brawl) now Mario's.

Yeah. The FS' on everything is amazing. The DAL FS fits ShadowMarth's hack as much as Sephiroth's FS yet I wonder if BBB'll make a new dark angel. Or, better yet, a neutral angel. In the middle, with both light AND dark at their arsenal cause they're not restricted by the laws of light and dark.

Maybe 1 White wing and 1 Black Wing. *Yin-Yang*

Or either gray or blue wings. Yours sounds good though.

For the texture, you could have of him be dark, and have of him be light, only, put the light half on the side with the dark wing, and the dark half on the side with the light wing. That way it shows how he's not limited in his use of both light and dark.

Maybe Char can be combined with Neutral Yoshi. And isn't it possible to have Yoshi be able to fly all the time? Like instead of being limited with jumping Yoshi can fly around similarly to his FS but without needing a Smash Ball to fly.

The reason why it was soooo big was because falco's pac file as already around 460 kb.


The only one who can duo wield and be an angel is wolf, since his pac file is small enough....soo.....expect another angels still ;)

When I made her final smash, it was sooooooooooooooooooo powerful, but looked too awesome to change. Think of it like my Dark Angel Lucario's final smash, but way better and waaaaaay stronger.
But I still made it weaker, I had to because of the amount of damage it led up to was a little too crazy (the first set led up to 200% each attack doing around 5 damage, then the last did 30 damage). :'(  I guess it had to be changed......

I searched what an Ark Angel was, they are angels that are leaders, So Pit and Yoshi are Ark Angels, one for darkness and one for light.

Well you still might have trouble with that because his spring is an article, but with a graphic it's much easier because you can attach it to any bone. It took me about 30 minutes to put it all together, Sonic's running animation and the dragoons.

I made the Sonic ride Dragoon, it took like....15 minutes, I'm going to release him in Brawl Vault.

What's up?

I have been trying to get Link's tornado to appear for his final smash, but I cant. I don't know too much about psa except modifying attacks, graphics, sound, the simple stuff really, but when it gets to more complicated things like the specials, that's where I'm lost. The Link's side b down b and neutral b have a similar code structure in the specials section, same with Toon Link. My main area of strength is the animating part.

Just the graphic? Or the boomarang too?

I moved the entire tornado graphics to the final smash, in brawl box it's able to show up fine, but in brawl it's only the little wind things. I also don't want Link to slide when he uses the side-b. I have the same problem with Toon Link's side b too.

Wait. You don't need to do anything with the FitLinkFinal.pac, just add the tornado graphic to his Final in PSA.

I tried that, but it did not work for me. It won't show up at all.

Did you use the tornado graphic of his boomerang, or his entry tornado?

I tried both but they never worked for me, then when I replaced Link's entry tornado with the wings, the wings were able to show.

He is almost done, all that's left is to fix his kamehameha to charge up, a Kio-kan mode, and fix his final smash a bit. You know that you wanted something like this to be made, a video will be real soon. Team colors are finished too.

What do you mean "fix"? Make it so then if you release it quickly it hits weak and if you charge it becomes stronger? If that's it then its pretty easy to do...

Well I can probbly set it up so that if you hold down the b button near the end of the Spirit Bomb explosion then Gokario does the Dragon Punch and sends it forward, (to the left or right) how does that sound.

I tried the charge up thing that Hollow had in his topic but it made the game crash as soon as I pressed the b button. I got it fixed a little but if I use the kamehameha too much (like 3-5 times) it gets weaker! A fitting side effect of the kamehameha, if I do say so myself, that's where the charge up comes in play. :af:

Does anybody know how to let Captain Falcon's external graphic effects last longer? I gave him some wings, but they barely last to 30 frames.

Something like what was done to Phoenix Mario's fire ball to make it last until it was either hit or reached the end of the stage.

Captain Falcon is a dark angel that will have a ferocious final smash (I'm still in the progress of making it still ;D)

1) In Brawlbox, take the animation file of the external graphic effect and change the animation length to make it longer
2) Make the external graphic effect loop in PSA (if you want them to stay there forever, set loop to infinite).  Remember to put a SYNCHRONOUS timer in the loop too.

about the shenron thing, i think itss cooler to let it be rayquaza, cuz he isnt goku, he's GOKARIO, a pokemon, who summons the dragon god of pokemons...

That sounds good......Now to edit his final smash.......I have an idea that might work.....

Woah that Final Smash looks EPIC O.O!!  I'd also like to make a suggestion:

I think that he should be a fair bit faster movement wise.  He seems a tad sluggish at the moment.  Also, you should think about maybe turning all of his dodges into teleports (like how it's been done with Shadow).

Otherwise I'd really like to see how this develops.  It could be a fantastic PSA.

to make kamehameha less spammable, maybe u could make lucario hurt himself when using it, that would definitely stop ppl spamming it more than 3 times... xD

and the teleport dodge is a great idea, but dont make him teleport in air dodge, as that makes characters glitch if they land on ground being invisible (they keep invisible)
at least thats what happened with some ganon psa i played once...

That's probably the creator's fault for not putting Visibility events in all the events that need them.

@Hollow:Can you make it so that the kamehameha has to be charged for at lease 3 seconds so that he can fire the weakest version of it, 7-8 seconds is stronger than the first ( the 1 damage can be 2). then if he charges it to around 15 seconds that can be his strongest blast (a ko move if fully charged). Is it possible to make it so that he can continue his charge up even if he gets out of the charge (except if he's hit)
Death Gannon is still a good opponent, those replays are lucky fights with him.
 

Well since the invisibility is such a problem, I could make Gokario shrink then go to his normal size so that his visibility is fully controllable....That might be a little challenging though......

Most likely.  The MotionEtc.pac will be huge.  Though you could reduce the frames and use a frame speed modifier.  Though if you do that it will look very choppy.

You can spam if you only use that FS.

 The second FS could be  used as a last resort only, like if you're falling behind and need to get a few kills. Maybe he can float in the air while charging but can be hit out of it
(if you aim an attack that causes flinching at the guy charging he takes the hit and his FS cancels. He'll  have to get another Smash Ball to use his FS again).

Remember how you seen that if you hold down the b button Gokario does the dragon fist, well I am trying to add another alternate final smash move that involves a super kamehameha wave that is so powerful that it damages him like the dragon fist. I won't be using Lucario beam or Samus 's beam, butone that I am experimenting with. I might make a video if it works. ;D

Never mind what I said about the super kamehameha, it was messing with some of Gokario's other moves for some reason and did not want to work. :(

Cause when you said wave I thought you meant some "ripple" of "aura" coming from Gokario's body, like how Shadow sends his Chaos Blast from his body in the cut-scenes of him attacking soldiers(a red sphere surrounds him and expands and disappears) except blue. Yeah, gives you damage AND shield-break status, or spike downward if in the air(he falls downward REAL fast). If you play as gravity toon link, who I posted on the official god thread, and break someone's shield with his ftilt they stay in their shield-break status for quite a while O_o

I might, but what is the value for the x button and y button in psa? I could make more than two other attacks with Gokario along with the a and b buttons.

The simple thing would be to just give an air and ground FS....

But that makes things simple  :af: just kidding. I thought of that, but if I use the final smash in the air, Lucario will just fall to the ground like when he normally does when he jumps. My Angel Toon Link is like that too.

Disallow certain movments 0-1 will disable vertical gravity, thus making the character float.

Hey dude, can you make me some pretty simple taunt animations for falco for my zant psa? (to go with the new texture. I'm making a psa/motion etc) I'd also like custom grabbing, dodging, and shield animations. but other than that I could use animations from other characters.

I don't mind helping, but it might take me a little while to finish depending on the taunt animation you want.

As for the grabbing and shielding, you might need to consult someone else because I don't know how to do that.

What would you like for him to do for his taunts?

For his up taunt, watch what he does  from 1:04 to 1:16 right before he starts jumping up and down like a panzy just the part where he curls up and unfolds but a little slower.

For the side taunt watch the spinning thing he does (should be a lot easier lol since one of falco's taunts is already a spining thing kinda.) from 1:27 to 1:39 Just have him doing the spinning part and come out of it like he does in the video without moving.

For the down taunt watch what he does from 2:18 - 2:30 lol but with him standing back up afterward.

Are those too hard *tilts head* they dont have to have like tons of keyframes, just enough to where you can see a smooth movement.

EDIT: An alternative side taunt (or down taunt, whichever one's more troublesome) would be the hopping thing he does after he unfolds from curling up. it's at 1:19 - 1:21 in the vid.

EDIT AGAIN lol: On a side note, I'm having a hard ass time getting the a combo to work, and I want this one to be a little cooler than my othr ones. So it'll take me a lot longer to finish :3 which means you has plenty of time to work on the animations for the taunts.

The reason why it may take a while for me is because the main laptop I use to hack is SOOOOO OLD! It has (blanks out the info due to the low amount of bravery to admit the oldness of the laptop :'(), but my sister lets me use hers anytime she is not using it tho. I'll try my best with those taunts! ;D

XD yeah I have a craptop too! It only works at .........work. No pun intended XP I use the family laptop. Which I'm on right now since my dad's at work, my sister is practicing at school for the AFJROTC drill team, and everybody else is knocked out asleep :P

I am making adjustments to his other final smash, I got the idea from the dbz movie Tree of Might, then Gokario's kaio-kan mode needs to be made and Hollow has to finish his kamehameha and then he is done.

You should make it so he can glide in the air like Metaknight or pit except 5% faster. Also, to possibly add an electric GFX around his gliding animation.

Maybe even make Gokario's walking animation like Death Ganon's and have the running animation as the gliding animation.

BBB, if it's possible when you have that freeze time effect to make it so the screen is icy. Like the corners just be white/light blue and a couple medium-large snowflakes on the screen. Also, as the time goes by the screen will look like it's thawing out(becoming more translucent).

BTW I am about 94%-ish done with my Angel Toon Link, all I need to do is add some graphics and some correct sound effects (and test some more moves). Could anyone possibly direct me to a forum that has a complete list of sounds for the characters and the rest of the game, it would help me finish him a little quicker.
And a place that has to do with bit variables please.

A progress so far:
Angel Toon Link is really dangerous, fighting him alone is really risky. I am able to beat some of my angels with him, and I tried my luck with Death Gannon and Omega Zero, and I am able to win. It's amazing with what I done with him so far. My Dark Angel Lucario has moves soo powerful that I was able to take on 3 Max Onslaught Falcons and win in a three on 1 team match, sometimes (just because I got mad at him) without taking any damage, so I need to fix the amount of damage he gives and then give him some more moves. Ike and Marth need to be edited so that all their moves won't be so overwhelming (my sister and I can use them in any fight and win it we use a Ike/Marth team combo! also I need to make some of Ike's attacks faster)
The Ark Angel Yoshi is still being made, and Ark Angel Pit (I can't mention too much) has to be fixed I might just have to start over with her.
I plan on making Peach, Captain Falcon, Rob, Wolf, Ness & Lucas into angels as well (that will come later)
Adult Angel Link, well I was planning on making him be able to use multi elemental based moves (and maybe some non-elemental as well).

I might be able to make a Kaio-kan mode for Gokario and I might be able to fix his kamehameha myself too. But I don't know how to fix the final smash in the air issue. I haven't heard from Hollow, he said that he can fix his kamehameha so......

Shiek's dagger is part of her model, it would require immense vertexing to do that.

OR you could have him duplicate the model and fit it into the motions so she holds it, like how wings appear on his angels. Too simple for him since he already did it for a Dragoon, Yoshi's wings, a weird looking Rasagen, and more.

@songeflemy- I might, but I can't unless I get a vertex of some kind. But I can give her a Kunai that was not vertex.

@Hollow-Could you Give Gannon wings without vertexing or taking over his sword? (a challenge was not intended in that question)

No. The only model Ganon possesses is his sword. His external GFX don't have models, so the only way to give him wings is to replace his sword...unless you replace his shadow......

Hm. Wait. Doesn't each character have their own GFX that no other character can use? Maybe he replaced one of Ganon's GFX. Besides, I saw his shadow in all but the second picture. Shadows can't be replaced anyway. It might cause the character to glitch in areas where there are no shadows "allowed" in it.

Also I know about Gannon's sword being in his motion file. I just cant recreate what I did (I lost the pac file that was used in the pics), I tried and failed. There is another way (a loop hole ;))....

Here's what I can do
I can make a angel Ganon, but he will need a partner (a vote will be in place if my idea sounds good). I will be able to put up a list of characters that I can use too. (I was planning on making Captain Falcon a dark angel because of a final smash I thought of so he can't be one) That way when they are both on the battle field Gannon will have wings and his sword.

Or someone can switch his sword with the wings and find a way to make it appear in all his animations and attached to his back. If someone can do that and give it to me I can make a final smash for him and maybe the rest of the psa.

I have a quick announcement, since it's winter in Washington State and since I am in the west side of Washington, (the part that has more than issues with it's weather) I might have a power outage that can last for a while so if I do not respond for a week, Washington with all it's backwards weather killed the power in my area. (an example on how bad Washington is with it's weather, it can be summer but get down to 40, and in the winter and it can rain and be 60 lol)

I'm going to see if what I did works. I replaced Ganon's shadow with wings.

Once you release the 4-Tailed Naruto Vertexure, I'm going to try to import its model into one of CON Naruto's animation/moves.

Probably not. Shadows don't really do much. They're not necessary for attacks or anything, an it's visible all the time, so you won't even need a PSA if it works.

Yeah,since it's part of the motions maybe it can be part of CoN Naruto Kyubbi mode, when you recieve 100 damage or more. Not sure how it'll work though, it might mess up.

Maybe I can replace one of the Kyubbi's Moves. Maybe take a move from SSF2's Naruto(4-Tailed). Hmm.. there should be a FS for both Naruto(Normal), and Kyubbi!

OR! I can make Naruto turn into 4-Tailed at 300%!(I'll allow him to regenerate in every animation 1% per second), since in the show, in Kyubbi form, Naruto heals.

Maybe I can do it on my friend's computer/laptop... or I can just wait till Christmas to do it. >_> My idea. ™©® lol

I haven't really messed with the Naruto and I would not want to release something as incomplete as him..... How about this, I will create another post so people can give me ideas for some attacks and a final smash and then I will release him when I finished them (that way other people could help finish him if they feel like it). I will be able to work on a running animation, grab, possibly victory poses, and of course a final smash. With the new Brawl Box, I can create more detailed moves and make them a little quicker too. (Thanks for the download Hollow ;D)

The forward smash is fine on Kyubbi CoN but the other smashes, the specials, the Dash attack(forward tilt and dash attack on SSF2), all the arials and the tilts should be from SSF2.

I want to release my Gokario, but he still has some issues like his final smash in the air will make him fall to the ground. I have been trying to fix that, but everything I tried does not work (I used the horizontal/vertical movement to make him float and that failed, I tried to disallow movement-all that was available, but that did not work either, and I am still trying to fix a Kaio-kan made and his kamehameha is still spammable)

Would this be too much of a problem If I release him? He's unfinished still.

@Wolfric- When they are done, which they are close (but so far my only angel that's almost fully finished is Toon Link 98%!)

But on a side note I was able to give Gokario a Kaio-kan mode------Yes that's right a Kaio-kan mode. It makes just about all of his moves 2x stronger, but gives him damage as well (I also set his side taunt up so that it will revert Gokario back to narmal and if he has 100 or more damage he heals by 20, but falls asleep) I was able to beat Max Onslaught Falcon without spamming the kamehameha (even though I was kind of spamming his counter more lol)

Yes Gokario is powerful, but as long as he is in Kaio-kan he gets damage by one every second, I am trying to fix his specials so that he does not enter in kaio-kan automatically. I am going to fix it.

Maybe Super.....I mean Legendary Gokario (he is not a saiyan, but he can be a legendary Pokemon  :af:) will be made later ;)

Maybe I could release a few winged characters (not my angels that I am working on tho) I got to set it up which will take a while (because of my poor attention issues XD) It takes almost a full hour to put the wings on every animation for every character (some takes longer than others) so it will take some time

and decided to "stress" test your characters who have wings, you know when you say that when they grab others they freeze. well i played winged zelda, and decided to test it out. nothing happened. she still had her wings and she threw them normally.

I may have to stick with 1, 2, & 4-Tailed because I still PSAs for each.

1-Tailed=75%
3-Tailed=100%
4-Tailed=125/150%(Maybe you vote in a poll)

3&4-Tailed you can regenerate.
If 3-Tailed you regenerate back to 75% 1% per second.
If 4-Tailed you regenerate back to 125/150% 1 or 2% per second.
*Remember: Once you're 1-Tailed & up you can get damage maybe about 5% by 5% each time you press (1)/Up-Taunt.
*Remember(2): You transform @ the respected percentages needed. When you transform from (normal) -> 1-Tailed you receive 5%.
1-Tailed -> 3-Tailed = 10%
3-Tailed -> 4-Tailed = 15%

Well I am working on animations for him right now, I wanted Naruto 4-tailes to be a separate psa because of the way he looks.

I made a grab animation and I am going to make a attack similar to this video

I would make it about the same devastation (or close to it  >D ) in the video then a wind to give people a little push if they are far away. the size could be about the size of the Battlefield. I can make it take as many seconds to start like in the video, then he can attack....nah not that long....

also 2:20, I could make an animation for that but I would need certain people to help make it work

Not yet I am still working on him. BTW I got the down smash (the attack) to work and it is awesome and totally unfairly strong (like 4 tailed Naruto would be) yet slow. I will work on many more after my Toon Link is done. I will show pics in your Naruto thread.

which graphic did you replace?

I replaced the "EffCaptainFalconKnuckle" with the wings, that was the easy part, the hard part was getting them to show in Brawl. I am not 100% sure exactly how I did it, but it has something to do with the "AnmVis(NW4R)" and "AnmClr(NW4R)" I was messing with them.
