Why are you worried about that when this is about restoring hacks that were once up on Brawlvault? The community will be more likely to take notice If the hacks are re-added to the Brawlvault. So you shouldn't be worried about something as insignificant as a download count.

Say, I remember seeing a hack that had the blue goggles Pikachu wearing the goggles over his eyes, but I can't find it anywhere. Was that made by DasDonkey Team? If so, does anyone have it?

Does anyone still have their Pyramid Head Ike?  I unfortunately was unable to snag it while it was still up, and now I can't find it anywhere!  It's one of the best vertex hacks I've ever seen, and I'd love to add it into my Brawl collection.  In return, here's some of the DasDonkey stuff that I still have saved: Marcus Phoenix Ganondorf, Mafio Luigi, and Kusagari Link.

Yeah, that'd probably be a good idea. According to the list of members, no one's taken the account name "DasDonkey", so you could just use that.
edit: Suggestion- if Johnlcb wanted to make the account (or at least have access to it), maybe that'd be better, since he was part of the team.

Does anyone still have Dusk Knight Ganon? Been searching and can't find him. Used to have him but idk what happened. I'm sure myself and many others would really appreciate it.

Anyone have James McCloud on Fox? I dug through some of my old files and I still have it, but I think it's corrupt because it crashes the game every time I try to use it now and it didn't use to.
