Title: Project Super Smash Bros. R [PIKACHU SKINS/RAICHU ALT (3/27)]

 Reengineer, Rebuild, Revolutionize? What ever it is, Super Smash Bros. R is a mod that will change everything there is to change in brawl. It will give each character their own move-set without changing it drastically. That basically means no clones! You ask "how? what moves will you give them?" Well, if you didn't know, characters from 64 had most of their moves changed when they transitioned to Melee. We want the original 12 to have back those N64 move-sets! That would make Melee clones far more diverse from their original counterparts!

But wait, there's more! SSBR is also based mostly on other features of previous games from the series, including stages, and attacks that were cut or changed. On the other hand, new content will also be provided. The hope is that you enjoy these new (or old) features that will arrive. Thanks for your time!

 The Character selection screen (CSS) has been altered to meet this need of new content. Unlike previous games, where the characters to select from were on top, they are now below, to increase the size of the characters' portraits and add a more HD and vibrant look to the pictures.

New photos and new outfits for your favorite characters, give each of them estimated 10 new looks. Don't like one color? Sure! Just switch to one you like!

The Stage Selection Screen (SSS) has been given a change as well. The stages to select from are on the top now, instead of the side. If you remember, the original smash had something similar to this before, so it's refreshing to bring it back. Also to note, each preview of a stage will show the actual stage you fight on. It's literally similar to showing a model of the stage when you highlight its icon.

Yeah, I always feel like that. I can't make stages / animations / movesets / models, but I always have so many ideas. Makes me wish there was an easy way to do so.

UPDATE:

Thanks everyone for your support. I feel a little better about this. As such, here are a few CSPs I've worked on. They are Samus, Yoshi and Pikachu. I only really made the yoshi one, but credit for the Samus and Pikachu's CSPs to the ones that made them; I just couldn't not take them in. Anyways, hope you liked this update! :)

If I may, for Samus, I'd like to suggest replacing Costume 4 with the Dark Suit model import, costume 7 with the Light Suit model import, costume 3 with the Other M import, and for costumes 8, 9 and 10, the Echoes Dark Samus, Corruption Dark Samus and the PED suit. Lastly, for the remaining Brawl Samus costumes, you could use the Metroid Prime 2 model import as well; there's a green recolor in the Multiplayer Colors pack, and a Gravity Suit one somewhere on the Vault as well
Just some ideas from a Metroid fan ^^

Okay, so I have some time here now to update you people on a number of things. I apologize for the lack of updates first of all, but this one should satisfy for a season, I hope.

I asked Taiko of Smash3 if I could use his group's textures and template for this; and he gave me permission. So all textures, unless stated otherwise, are Smash3's. Now I won't have to worry about recolors or textures for a bit, and focus on PSA and animations. Anyways here's some pictures.

So Dr. Mario is different from Mario? Is the same true for Fox and Falco? Yes. Fox retains his moves from 64, while Falco keeps his Melee changes. Fox's S-Smash is pictured below.

Yes, Wario will do the "upside-down spinning Top" move as his Dair, and like Bowser, yoshi, if he is on ground, he will simply jump into the air, and then fall down.

So update time. I really spent some time on these and finally improved all menus, and select screens. I also fixed up a new Character portrait screen within gameplay. Enjoy!

Other things I've done:
*improved Link's arrows. They now go in order from Normal, Fire, Ice, then Light
*Added Triforce Ganon but tweaked him a bit.
*Improved Wario's FSmash and Ground-pound

If I may suggest, scrap that Project M font for the menu. It doesn't fit very well with the theme that the menus have.

Iwantgames's RTDL Kirby Mod has a broken link, can you send me the csps and bps in a zip file?, I'm making a build that uses high quality csps and I'll be sure to credit you and Iwantgames when I release it

looks great! the in game hud looks good but a bit odd. i think its the names. the text seems weird, out of place, or too small. though that just may be because these are screen shots that arent being viewed in full screen.

Thanks for the feedback, onii-chan. I wasn't quite finished with the Hud, and I don't I'm done with it yet.. but here's what it looks like so far, along with other updates I've done. Specifically, Zelda and Ganon's Revamped moveset.

QUICK update! I've kept this in my mind for a long time about Pikachu actually having different skins and not just outfits/hats. So here's my finalization on Pikachu. The first 5 skins of pikachu (as shown below, excluding his original) will be skins, the next 5 will be hats. You're welcome.

Just wondering, is there some kind of guide or program that you used for rearranging the CSS? I can't seem to find one. If there isn't, could you give me an idea of where to look in the files? I'm trying to look for the coordinates, but I can't find them.
