Title: Anime/Manga vs Nintendo/Square Enix
Post by: Lawliet on January 31, 2015, 11:15:42 AM
I'm working in a new Brawl Hack Pack called "Anime and Manga vs Nintendo and Square Enix". It will have the following characters:

Rel ported characters are red
Not rel ported characters with a PSA are green
Not changed characters are yellow

I am only going to put the characters that are the most important ones, NOT characters that have already been in most almost all brawl hacks, like Shadow, Waluigi, Geno or anyone like those, due to fanboyism :-\.

That's all!  :kdance: Any questions, just PM me.

Sonic and Shadow are not from Nintendo.
They are from SEGA.

I know that, but sonic is in SSB4, and that makes him a part of Nintendo. Now I'm taking Shadow out of the game, and keeping Sonic in the game.

isnt this going to be a brawlex pack? you can put roy as a clone

Well, I've never been very good with brawlex, and I did put in the description it was not going to be one. Reason being is:

-Most of the hacks in "Pack" are BrawlEx, and require dolphin
-Can involve a LOT of work putting 1 clone
-I still can't figure out how Brawl Minus 3.Q workedon my wii, even with brawlex on it. :(
-Some people using dolphin have a slow computer, affecting overall gameplay.

I like my brawl hack pack to be different from others in a way, but BrawlEx sounds like it makes more sense...

you can use an existing BX pack as a templte tho
but what about dolphin? it is not even needed for BX packs (those that are bigger than 2GB are uncompatible with dolphin lol)

If it hasn't been offered already, I'd like to help set up BrawlEx for you if you do indeed choose to use it.

Sure, I could use some help with setting it up, and someone else is already helping me with the video. Thanks for the offer.

Of course.
Actually, thinking about it, I have more experience using BrawlEx for Gecko than I do Riivolution, but I think the only difference is the code loading and not the clone setup. Just PM me whenever you want to get set up.
