If you used PSA, then the SSE Attributes may not appear.

If you use BrawlBox v0.67b, the SSE Attributes will show and you could edit those. They're under the Attributes.

can you give an explanation on how to get to the attributes on brawlbox?
first i open brawlbox then open the pac file then where should i go?

After you open the .pac file, you'll see this: (http://i.imgur.com/PpqxGbA.png)

Expand it, then you'll find the Sections/data folder and find both Attributes:

After editing SSE Attributes, save the file.

Does the program close itself? If it does, wait a while then try again and edit his attributes. You could also try "Save As" instead of save.

when i double click or click the "+" of "MoveDef_FitDedede" it freezes for a while then it closes

Odd...is it Brawl Dedede? If it's another moveset, then this could happen at times. Don't know why.

also when i try to save it or save as it says "unable to open file for write access"
this also happens with PSA the only one that works is "PSA v1.3 (Sammi Husky)"
i tried searching for brawlbox sammi husky but i cant find the one i need.
brawlbox v0.67b is the only one that can open "MoveDef" the other vesrions it just appears as "Miscdata"

There's actually a version of PSA, in which you can edit the SSE Attributes.
http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=213242 (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=213242)

After you open your character, go the the Attributes tab, and you'll see the standard attributes and the SSE attributes side by side.

For BrawlBox usage, I would only recommend it if your character is compatible and if you know what you're doing.

From reading through this thread, you're wanting to edit King Dedede, which is not supported in moveset editing versions of BrawlBox.
