Hi everyone! It's been awhile since getting into this. I was wondering if someone could help explain to me how SmashStack works. I used to play with a friend who used homebrew, but he doesn't play anymore. Now I play with a friend who doesn't use homebrew. I don't wanna force it on him, so why not use SmashStack? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I heard something about SmashStack using Gecko OS, would it be possible to use Riivolution instead?

I was wondering if there was a code (or Riivolution Patch) that allows Brawl to have as much as the Classic Expansion 4.0, but three more stages for the Brawl stages, and two more stages for the Melee/N64 stages side. I don't need custom stages, just an expansion if possible. (So an extra 41 stages in addition to the original ones.) Furthermore, could they also have their own icon, and ASF1NK's Custom Blue CSS? I want to have a lot of stages, so... yeah.

Okay, so as some people saw in earlier posts, I was having trouble with the modlauncher.xml that  allows Brawl+ 7.0, Brawl- 1.5, P:M Alpha, Unstoppa Brawl v1 (I'm guessing), BBrawl v3, and three custom sets. SO, I've modified each codeset so file patch code no longer exists. But, when I load it... the Wiimote strap screen (not modded) doesn't even show up. The screen just goes black and stays like that until I force shut it off. I also couldn't get .rels to work either, which I wanted to do a stage expansion for P:M, and new stages... Can someone give me a link to a patched modlauncher.xml that works, and codesets + files for Brawl+ Brawl- P:M Alpha (if demos the only one available that's OK), Unstoppa Brawl, and BBrawl patched so they fit the new one? I really want to use these, since I don't want to have to download a bunch of stuff and have to rename then everything i want new textures... Help T.T I've also tried reformatting, re-downloading, nothing worked. I've been stuck with SSBBTemplate the entire time, and I don't like it...

Okay, so I downloaded Kingdom Hearts (Temple) and Bowser's Castle (New Port City), which have .rels. Whenever I use them (and by extension, all other .rel file), it freezes... Help me pls.... T.T

Okay, so I recently, downloaded the modlauncher.xml for Riivolution that allows Brawl+, Brawl-, UnstoppaBrawl, P:M, and Balanced Brawl. So I have: Brawl+ 7.0.3, Brawl- 2.1.1, Project M Demo, Balanced Brawl v3, and UnstoppaBrawl (v1 I'm guessing). The xml has been modified so that it can use certian files (like P:M's menu and title), but it was like thi before I tried modifying it I have the following directories:
X:\apps\riivolution\banner.0, banner.1, boot.dol, boot.elf, icon.png, meta.xml, readme.txt
X:\brawlmods\brawlminus\fighter, menu, menu2, module, stage, and system folder from the 2.1.1 DL, and RSBE01 (Riivolution version)
X:\brawlmods\brawlplus\fighter, module, stage, system, RSBE01 (Riivolution version) from the 7.0.3 DL
X:\brawlmods\bbrawl\fighter, menu2, module, stage, RSBE01 (Modified so Riivolution can run) from the v3 DL

Okay, so I installed WinRAR on this computer (Demo), and then I accidentally chose jar for the associations, and i cant use gctedit to get the P:M gct codes to not have FPC... becuz thatll mess me up since im a riivolution user

Okay, so ive read a lot of stuff and now im confused about riivolution. i remember reading...
  • riivolution users must use common5_en.pac for custom css and sss
  • riivolution users cannot use stage expansion
  • riivolution users cannot used css with modified arrangement (like ASF1NK's one) because that works for only sc_selcharacter_en.pac in the menu2 folder

I also learned [the hard way] that using sc_selcharacter_en.pac in menu2 with common5 freeze css (not too sure... but, its what i got). could someone pls tell me whats wrong, and give detailed explanations pls? im stuck with brawl- and stuff becuz of the css and my custom sets which will use stage expansion...

Okay, so i downloaded the modlauncher.xml file, and it says it supports Project M Alpha

But i dont where the Download is... and furthermore, could someone supply me with the DLs to Brawl+ Brawl- Balanced Brawl and some description on normal brawl? i know it normal brawl, but i dont know what it means since there are three custom packs already...

EDIT: Can anyone give any files that relate to any of the projects (+, -, P:M, BBrawl, UBrawl) like Eldrian's Zero, since it has a B+ moveset, or the P:M CSS

I was wondering for a while if it is possible to put multiple PSAs over one person using Riivolution. But my idea is different from the Clone Engine: Changing which PSA File reads at a certain part of SSE, so I don't have to change it on Riivolution, but I can load a new PSA without having to download the new file.

I've been looking around teh web, but nothing seems to give me the answer i want; how do i make a custom rrivolution xml file? Could someone send a tut link? i want to be able to choose certain movesets like, chrome mario, multihit mario and fire mario, instead of having to have three different options, and stuff like that.
