I actually started with Character Textures. I wanted to actually create stuff for my game. I saw many people being able to so I said "why not learn?" Since I did not have a SD I had to wait for it. But I think I'm getting better. I made an epic Wolf Texture (curently not uploaded) that has flaming pants & a lot of Blue. Sounds dumb but if you saw it you'd like it. Currently learning Animating cuz I want my own movesets & I find it neat & fun. I'm also learning PSA on the side cuz I like it.
1 final thing.
I do like making CSPs outa pics from the internet more than from Brawl but since sometimes I can't (original creation or something) then I think of what kind of personality he'd have & create a CSP that matches it.
Overall I love using my imagination :p

Maybe... :p I wish it was on if so.

What does it even do anyway? I know it unusable but what would it do if it was?

I was wondering about that too. It might never come on or might not for a while longer. Who knows.

All I need is help getting & testing the pack.
Getting part:
Just a link (with who made the hack) to the Stage, Texture or Song that you enjoy.
Testing part:
Just need 2 people to play as Toon Link Wario & Samus & tell me the ones that do not work (or that do work if it's easier).

Notes:
Since this pack will be made for WiFi only Textures are allowed in it. No models or animation edits or anything like that! I will say no to anything like (no offence to the creators) Non-transforming Pokemon Stadium, Final Fusteration, ect. as well as Zero over ____ or Tails over ____ or whatever. Only WiFi safe things will be allowed in.
If I can fix my disc (don't ask. please don't ask. i've said so a million times so check my earlier posts to find out) I'll take off the whole 2 people & ask for 1 person to test it with me. (may be someone I know already may not.)
I will be editing the Friend Roster textures myself but if you got anything for it feel free to show it.
All textures (characters only) must be able to match a original one on color. Example: My Suzy McCloud is white so it would go over White Fox. Shadow the Hedgehog (texture only) is Black & Red sure but since its mostly black it will be over Black Sonic. Stages don't follow this rule.
Move if needed.

yeah. only diffence is moveset. power, speed ect. is the same or =

Yeah. But still balenced so that means whoever you pick will never have any advantage or disadvantage over somebody else. They will all have the same stats but of course diffrent animations & attacks. So Sonic's forward air has multiple hits but Ganon's only has 1, Ganon has a meteor smash while Sonic doesn't. I'm fine with that but I do want Sonic to be slower Ganon to be faster ect. Also this won't (of course) be Wi-Fi safe unless everyone had it so it's mostly for those who want to have a fair brawl with no tier so it makes even Meta Knight Tourney friendly.

I mean like you know how Ganon is more powerfull than meta knight but is super slow? I mean to fix that by making everyone have simaler stats & getting rid of tier. there is no point in that (meta is top tier & pwn him all the time at lv9. even with ganon). so basicly everyone would have the same speed, power, knockback, weight, ect. the only difference is their moveset.

Anything else? (sorry just wanting to know everything you can do.)

So lets see. To put that in one line of text:
If something changes the game in terms of length of attack, power, speed, ect or changes the model too much then it will desync but if it is a texture or music or text then it should be fine.
Right?

I'm making a Wi-Fi Safe Pack soon but I need to know what can desync Wi-Fi? I'm sure things like Models can as well as Imports but what else?
