oh! forgot to say, somehow when you press start so the "buttoms" like how to quit a game shows up, mewtwo gets brighter! same to some attack graphics like swing with hammer or claws with bowser O.o
@Camonsters I know it isn't textures due to the fact I never assigned a texture to those polygons when I sent it to Pikazz (and I suspect I didn't properly assign the already assigned textures in 3dsmax either).
That is a separate polygon onto which I didn't assign a texture (to many textures of which most of them looked alike).
can try about the texture I got in the zip if we forgot something O.o

I couldn't select the vertex like you did O.o I believe you "dragged" them inside the "box" and take them at that way, but I couldn't ;_; however, the only thing I could select them with is with the "Paint weight tool" little hard to control if I miss one vertex but pretty good x3
texture wrong bugreport! even if the material has the right texture, it appeares he want to use other texture D: he has his eyes in his nose, belly, thing on the feet and all the fingers and his leg want the tail texture D:
we tested mewtwo in brawl! IT WORKED! WITHOUT ANY SLOWDOWN OR ANYTHING buuuut there is always some flaws (love this profile pic of him except for his "eye nose" O.o) so many eyes! his belly, fingers, thing on his feets and his nose has the eye texture D: and his legs want to have the tails texture D:
I believe it's a easy fix however xD
more flaws, sometimes and you press start and have the "help" viewed, he will go much brighter O.o
wow, many response *_* no, it's just the model, we wanted to see if it was any problem with the model like texture, any things missing ect like my model before had D:
I see what you mean, but that's how it already was when I got that model sent to me. Shouldn't really effect the model when you rig, export and import the model.
it did effect the model when I exported it first O.o, want to fix it cause i am not sure if this will also affect with the bones D:

Camonster imported it into BB to looking for errors, it was none! (except the one I haven't give it bones yet x3)
EDIT: there is something weird about your mewtwo D: it's way of the middle there it's XYZ is D: even if "model" itself are in the middle, the XYZ is far away D:
I dont know so much about model rigging myself, I started because of BB importation! even if it is hard I see it's kinda funny cause I learning something x3

I tried that but the MAX file gets error if I trying to open it ;_;
