I said similar, not different. Sure there some differences, but come on...it looks NOTHING like Hector? Like you would never guess where the armor was inspired from if you saw that picture?
BlackJax, I want to thank you for all the hard work you've poured into this project over the years. Without your modifications to BrawlBox, I would have probably given up on hacking Smash. You've done wonders for the community, and your name will go down in Smash hacking history. Good luck with your new game and wherever life takes you next!
This code allows you to replace sound effects using only the File Patch Code. No need for USB loading or setting up Riivolution. Gecko users can now have custom sfx!
RSBE is an addition to the File Patch Code which allows SFX files to be loaded from the SD card. Using a mod of Super Sawndz, you can create .bnk files and put them onto your SD card for easy SFX loading. This works for any soundbank including characters, menus, announcer, you name it!
How To Use Open your .brsar in Super Sawndz MOD Replace your desired SFX Highlight the sound group you'd like to export Click "Create .bnk" Put your .bnk file in: private/wii/app/RSBE/pf/sfx Background
Hey, everyone! I'm InternetExplorer, a developer of Project M and SSBM Online. After many months of hard work, my greatest contribution to the Brawl modding community is complete. A warm thanks goes to Dantarion for helping me past a few hurdles. Although SFX replacement has previously been possible with Riivolution, RSBE provides a streamlined way of creating and sharing soundbanks in a way that is as simple and effective as it is to share costumes, music, etc. I am excited to see some of the soundbanks our talented Brawl modders can design.
NOTE: Remember that there is a file size limit. Making too large of a soundbank will freeze the game, so try to use sound effects that are equal or shorter in length to the default sounds.
For your next release, could you modify the "Edit All" dialogue so that you can use wildcards in your query? I have a bunch of nodes all sharing the same prefix that I want to edit all at once. Otherwise the work becomes really tedious.
Unless there already is a way, but I tried using "*" and that didn't work.
This would be cool if the code worked in conjunction with turning smash balls on and off in the items menu. I don't always want to play with this but would be fun every once in awhile. Unless that's already how it works (here's hoping I'm mistaken?).
Don't worry about my suggestion a few pages back...I found a way around it. Instead I'd much rather see a BrawlBox where you can better edit the lighting on the stage without having to fumble around different values.
Hey BJ, great work! Got another request if you may before you release the next BrawlBox.
Can you improve the animation merger? Right now if I want to take 2 animations that have the same bone, when trying to merge it asks me if I want to rename the bones. The keyframes I have for the second animation are further down in the frame count though, and wouldn't interfere with the first few keyframes. Basically I just want to merge keyframes of the same bones, but it won't let me without renaming the bones. I like that you give me the option to rename the bones, but could you also give the option to not rename the bones and just merge the keyframes? Thanks.
I encountered an error. Noticed this just today. Whenever trying to preview any model, I get a "Value must not be null" error box with this.
See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

I don't know what I did. I tried reinstalling .NET but that didn't work. Why am I getting this?
