isnt winged cap mario and cape mario basically the same power-up

I mean yeah to many PSA have counters but Vegeta kinda needs one he is basic on defense and strategy

vegeta is actually not a defensive fighter if u watch most of his fights he is always the one on the attack. Therefore i dont think vegeta should have a counter

if ichigo is in bankai form shouldn't his getsuga tensho's be black instead of blue?
