1. if i run a minecraft server through a flash drive connected to the cpu with all that port forward junk and what ever will it help the cpu speed?

2. if i run minecraft server through external hard drive on the same cpu as i mentioned in question 1 will it use of that memory or still the cpu hdd memory?

persoally i use KRUT, quality is ok and it gets the job done, also free and no need for installation just download and use

the only downside i see with it is you have to reset the setting every time you re open it
