On brawlbox, open material folder, and look for your hat material. Click it, and look for a parameter called "CullMode" and change it from "cull inside" to "cull none".
Rig the propeller just like you did whit the helmet. The eyes need the right materials to work, and must be named the same as the original one. Since it seems to be using something else as a texture, maybe it is because a palette is unassigned.
The downloads work, so I removed the report. I don't know about the links, since they are on the description and not many bother to look past the visible part. The actual links are clean mediafire links.
@KTH: Nice idea, meddle with bones, it is quite fun. I've made some drastic proportion changes and some subtle ones, it is rather fun to do.
@bluenote: Tips for rigging a character. Start rigging everything to HipN, and move from there to child bones, it helps to avoid unwanted weights. Also, you are riging a robot, this makes it much easier since you can use 1.0 weights or "singlebinds". Make sure joints are lined up, since robot joints (if single bound) are noticeable when unaligned. The cape like thingy could be done with skin wrap. And good luck.
As many said before, rigging becomes easier with practice. If I could avoid distractions and was not busy with other stuff, I could finish an import in a few hours. But since I take breaks and don't work on them everyday It takes some time. Just keep at it.

It is basically what they did with Shadow Kong. It means re-doing the PSA but on another character. Since it is an existing PSA you can use the same model and animations, but the coding needs to be adapted. And articles are issues as well. So my advice is you start playing around with PSAs or request someone to port it.
Oh I didn't know there was a dark samus moveset. As far as I know you cannot .rel port samus yet. So you'd have to adapt the existing one to be over someone else.

I don't use PSAs but I don't mind how a character fights as long as he looks like the character. But I agree with Flygon, one puts imports where one wants. I once imported Slenderman over ZSS cause it could be done. Just my opinion. Glad to read you Flygon.

The pending stuff is because the vault staff is most likely busy. I'll look into pending hacks so if by tomorrow your hacks are still pending, be worried, something happened to me
