i have spent an entire day trying to figure this out i had lost everything from my sd before so im starting fresh and i had earlier copies of my sd (not the entire sd just folders of it) but still does not work please help

How do i get classic sonic to work he freezes on the stage selection screen when i pick a stage plz
i am using the burst sonic  and plz help get the other ones aswell as classic sonic , full throttle and smbz

well i am working on a psa for sonic so when he does a taunt he gets classic sonic moveset but when he runs his eyes are closed and all emotion appear but he still run perfectly plz help
