My FS Idea for silver, If still taking suggestions:
Skills Required:
Knowledgeble with hitboxes,
Can stop time in PSA
Can continue time seemlessly

Silver uses his telekinetic powers to extend the length of his kinetic range. if it hits (link cliche I know) he stops time and does a nice ten hit combo from different dirrections(kinda like omnislash and disturbance from Muramasa) Then A flick of his finger (tsunade reference) and it sends the enemy flying with insane knockback.

THis kinda seems cliche and a copy, but animated right with bad-acery, you could make this move it's own...

So far nice collab, i have an Idea for the final smash,
Skills required:
Knowlegde of Hitboxes
Able to manipuate the asynch timer in PSA
More 3D models (plates or stone flooring

Main Idea: Mario Quake [Not good with naming]
Camera Zoom
Timer Slows down
Mario jumps
(add 8 frames from pure matrix bad-acery)
Smashes shdow fist in ground
Quake spreads out across 4/5ths FD (could be done with external models or just the regular impact GFX in Brawl
[Shaky Shaky effect]
Damage output: 45-48% [Affects people only on ground, stuns for 5 seconds, enough to take care of straglers

Back again with more reviews, and the reason this is a newtopic is that it helps for organization.

For today I am going to review one favorite of many, Cloud. WOOO YAY LOLs

Basic overview:
Mysecond favorite FF character in brawl, but this doesn't mean i'm going to be biased about it.

Basic Attacks: Advent children fast
The animation is well thoughtout and and seems like it's based off of advent children, but to me this coupled with the lucario streamer affect on the blade looks slightly disjointed.

Loved the use of a downsmash that explodes, but kinda makes you wonder why... Nevertheless awesome.

In terms of effectiveness, Able to go toe to to with...
Wolf

Special Attacks:

With brute force comes magic, and a gravity defying spin attack (as gravity defying as it is, it looks physically impossible nomatter how unrealistic the game is)...

Fire: Great choice for a move and not as gimpable *coughfoxblastercough*, with good stopping power.

Down B: Meteoraga: Good move to set into comboes and looks really bad-ace.

Side B: Marth LOOKOUT, cloud joins with showstopping flare and makes a good option for recovery,  and to lay down 20 dajage in the process

Final Smash: GODLY!!!
Limit break mode coupled with Omnislash v5 makes cloud an unstoppable force leaving the enemy with the only option of running away.


Overall: 9.6
With great speed and awesome power, omes balance yet a hideden potential to be the turnabout victor in a 4-way brawl.

Well, maybe it's because i used the brawl plus version, but even in final smash *mode* zero got ko'd by regular game and watch, so i wanted to atleast see ifzero eldirain could make  invincible in smash mode, like
SDoom's Cloud's limit break mode. BTW Great work, review to come.
Besides, ofcourse people are going to run away, and zero is easier to dodge. *coughsonichappya-holescough*


Maybe since eldirain's busy i could post a damage fix patch at least to something decent, practicing with Smash Attack's hex system, 15% damage is WAY to low (30% maybe)...  Happy Face

[Until I get a microphone let's just work with this]

For this Week I've chosen Zero's PSA by Eldirain combined with The Zero v3.1 Model/Texture Pack by BeyondYou

Let's start: [btw, if anyone deems me unfit to review, I'll understand]

PSA: 9.3
Zero was and is to this day, a character who doles out swift harshness. Using speed to conquer his opponents rather than strength

Base Attacks: Balanced
With the right amount of speed yet slightly less power behind it than link's attacks, zero's basic varied moveset with need some getting used to, but you can pick up th juicy moves in a flash

Specials:
Up Spec: a third jump? That can't be all can it? Taking a closer look at his PSA in Smash attack there's something more, though I haven't discovered it... but so far nice recovery potential, yet I would've liked to scene an over lay of marths dolphin slash  with firey effects for a b up, this does give him a nice recovery

Side Special: Nice option, giving more speed and faster dash to take out people, but expected a stab at the end from Megaman Zero.

Down Special: [Changes Side b to shield Boomerang]
This i just love... Simply because it looks bad-ace.

Final Smash:
Could've had better damage output on the first initial Rekkoha, either that or at least make zero invincible afterwards, everysmash fully charged doesn't really cut it if your interrupted. I hope this changes in the next release, cause i know eldirain's not done.

Tex/Mod: Accurate!!!
Right down to the titty gems [WHY!!!!] Excellent work, The finishing touch? Eldirain's 1.4 patch for no sword arm. That makes this zero model/texture perfect.


[Now if only someone would make a next gen zero]
