lol, I guess he would seem like from Tatsunoko. He's from an anime series called Saint Seiya and has a bunch of reincarnations that all look like him. I started watching Saint Seiya: Lost Canvas and decided to look for a Seiya model because of how awesome it was.
Anyway I found Jecht's manikin textures on Textures Resource so now I don't have to ask DemonBoy! EDIT: Should the manikin version have any faces?

Naw, you're not scamming me. I haven't done any of the hard work on Super Sonic like assigning objects and adding Env maps... I could do the recolors if you want or Alm could do them. To be honest I like making alternate costumes more than recolors, so Alm could do the recolors, and I could do Silver, Jet, and Blaze recolors.

I don't really know much about SSF4AE models but MMD models are much harder to get to a low filesize. For your model, try resizing the textures smaller, like 256x256 instead of 512x512 for main body textures. For less important textures do 126x126 or 64x64. Or you could do 126x126 for all of them. I always look at the biggest character .pac file size to see how low I should shoot for.
BUT since MML 3 was cancelled, then nobody knows if there was any connection at all between Barrett and Megaman! For all we know, Barrett could just be a side character that was featured before release! Like how everyone thought Dark Lord Gaol and Magnus were going to be major characters but ended up only being in the game for 2 chapters! [/off topic]
