Not to attempt to sidetrack you or anything, but how hard would it be to turn 75M into this?

It obviously wouldn't need like, real hazards or anything, but it would be something cool to replace 75M with, and, IMO, this is what should've been in Brawl in the first place, heh.

Any room left for the little spinning things around the ice creams?  If you managed to fit those in, I think you could call it done.

Have you checked to see what Battlefield's lighting model looks like over Fountain of Dreams?  It'd dynamic, although things might look a little wonky when it hits the night-time part...

Cool. Also, that pic I posted^ is from Melee. See how it's more purple-tinted and has more stuff in the background? Like that icecream cone, that star, etc. Also, those rainbow leaves need a purple-tint.

Can't wait til it's released. Smiley

He knows what's up, bro.  This guy makes picture perfect stages.  He's not finished with it yet and that's why it doesn't have all the objects in the background: they take time and work.  Apparently more than anything he's done before.

The purple tint comes from the lighting.  Mewtwo2000 uses the same textures from Melee.  However the Brawl lighting scheme he's currently using is what's making everything look a bit more yellow.

That's probably something that would come later, unless you can't edit lighting tint at all (I have no idea if that's even possible).

So does the tree on DL64 now have blowing animations in time with the actual wind?  Is the effect also offset to match the tree's position (which is skewed a little bit to the left)?.

I'd like to see a video of it in motion Smiley

Mewtwo2000, might be a stretch but could you make a really fast initial version of Dreamland 64 over Green Greens using elements from that stage?

All I want, is Green Greens with no blocks, no side islands on the stage, 3 small platforms instead of 2, and size/dimensions similar to Dreamland 64, or hell, the dimensions could even be a little closer to something like Fountain of Dreams.

That seems like it wouldn't take long at all, and it'd function almost the same way as Dreamland 64, complete with wind blowing D:

I've made that stage for fun

The name will be Dream Greens, and I'll post it tomorrow, like DL64

Yay thank you Smiley  Been clamoring for this to be done since FrozenHobo started his Dreamland 64.  I might actually use that over Dreamland 64 since the large stage platform base is a bit thinner, making it less likely to obstruct your vision when the camera moves very low (most Brawl stages are designed to work well with the camera, some old stages are not...).

At this point it does look finished, heh.  All that's left must be putting the little floating animated characters in the background.

And then figuring out how to get wind if you want to do that.  Think you could place the stage over Green Greens, making everything in Green Greens invisible, including its collisions?

Probably not, I've got no clue how it all could work, but I'm just wondering what your plan might be.

That's when Mewtwo2000 does something awesome like made the old stage and its collisions invisible and builds the new stage on top of it with the tree still visible, and makes new collisions.

Or something.

He's Mewtwo2000, it's probably easier for him than most anyone else Tongue

You must have no idea what we're talking about.

I might do it before finishing the real thing. I suppose it would be much similar to some stages in the vault
Except it wouldn't look like butt.  Call it Dreamland Brawl or something Tongue

Already done, as that's how I currently play Brawl.  It'd just be a matter of editing said ISO and replacing a file :O

Or I guess you could ISO hack...

No thank you...

Although actually, my Wii's disc motor died and I've been playing games off a USB stick instead, and that'd be much easier than burning a new disc...

Hmmmmm...

Is this still the only way to do SFX hacks? :\

I just want Japanese voices for some of the characters...

Looking incredible so far.
