BJ, I don't know if this is a bug or intentional, the problem is, if you do a samus psa in this new brawlbox she loses her b and down b and side b for some reason (I'm assuming it gets rebuilt in the same way the other do).

I found the solution a couple of pages back, somebody said "delete the extra %" and it works, if you have the "Problem: " a temporary solution is to do that so for example you want to browse "Mario" this would be the normal link:

Now, if you have the Problem: and you click on that it will say "connection closed by server" or some other bull like that, never you fear you can still browse, instead as .. Carnage? I think said, just delete the extra % like this:

With that link you can browse, it works with everything, say stages based on Final Destination:

Actually, it'd be nice to have a 'source' box like that used in audio hacks, but for imports, seeing as though 99% of the time people don't make their own model, so there actually is a source.

And even if they are not imported per se, still there can be a source of their vertex/texutres, for example "Din" the godess of fire vertex is a vertex (duh) but the source is the legend of zelda, or Scott pilgrim, his source is Scott pilgrim even if it's not an import, this way we could sort the hacks by "series".

Bug still there btw ....


Anyway, I wanted to suggest something, I would love if all the hacks had a "source" way of finding them in advance search, and not just the music/sfx

Make it maybe like csp that people can go and add the source of the model:

Example, if I want to find all the hacks based in "The legend of zelda" I just search in source *zelda* and get everything from that game.

T_T not again, now if I select a character in bv I get a "remote server closed connection", so again it's not working T_T

Ok, I found out it had something to do with ip, because earlier I connected through the neighbor's wifi too, (for testing purposes of course), so I restarted my modem and changed my ip, brawlvault works again... weird.

As I said, I tried with chrome, firefox, opera, cellphone, ipad and even stole borrowed my neighbor's wifi to see if it was my internet connection, no success

Deleted everything, cache, cookies, etc and still get "Connection closed by remote server"


Tried on my cellphone, ipad and other browsers, got the same error

Guys, I'm having problems browsing brawlvault and I know I'm not the only one, I just wanted to report, whenever I try to access stuff like "Brawlvault -> characters -> view all" I get a screen that says "Problem: "

BJ, is there a way to increase the volume of an attack in the smashbros_sound.brsar?? because I was looking around in smashbox and found out why my thor sounds are so low, I think "Flag 1" determines the volume of the sound or I think it has to do with that.

So I figured, "if I change flag 1 to the one that works best?" in this case 0x55 for luigi, is the loudest of all of his sounds, "win 03".

But I can't find a way to edit that, so I wanted to ask you if there's a way, because thor almost sounds mute, and I don't want to release until I can make him sound louder >_<

Ok, i see what happens, IT LOOKS LIKE i can only save when I've done something to the file, before I was able to save even when there was no change at all (i think) I will test some more.

Thanks dude, you've been very helpfull. I PM'd BlackJax96 asking him to check this thread, maybe he has some idea to what the hell it is.

Hopefully he won't get mad about the pm, his signature says he hates them, but I had to try everything.

It's really beyond me why even after I reinstalled windows the error kept coming up, I really really don't know what to do, if I knew where BB saved stuff (maybe it saves stuff on my documents or something) I could see if there was a problem there, but really I have no clue.
