How do I rip a character/textures from a game, like Soul Calibur IV?

Am I the only one who thinks Nobunaga(http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=25489) needs a PSA? I myself have no ideas for any of it, because I haven't heard of him since Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition(http://serebii.net/nobunaga/), but I'm sure at least ONE of you have.
