ok, im trying to make a bowser csp with cupash and photoshop. i think im doing everything right, i followed Jack H.'s video tutorial exactly (i think) but whenever i run step2_create, i keep getting two errors. It says
ERROR: big bowser5 does not have an indexed pallette.
It will be ignored.

You should reduce the amount of colours in modified portraits.

but i already indexed the pallette and reduced the amount of colours to 72, when that didnt work i tried 62, then 50, and it still doesnt work! i even download csp's from the internet and i still get the same errors! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON??? HEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPP!!!!!!!
