1  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: New PSA Character -- Wisp! on: August 20, 2009, 11:54:29 AM
That's...AMAZING.

I was wanting to make something similar, but I never could because I couldn't manage to get any graphic effects to stay on a character throughout the whole match -_-

If you don't mind, I think I'm going to check out how you did that, lol. (You covered up Jigglypuff's usual form VERY nicely btw)
2  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: Graphic Effects list with pictures [needs your help] on: August 20, 2009, 11:32:48 AM
As incomplete as it is, it's still very helpful.

I'm also going to start to look for External Graphic Effects more now!

Wow, this all looks like helpful info...I hope you don't mind if I save it all!

Would it be possible to remove Mario's FLUDD and bring back Mario Tornado? That's the only thing I really wanna see.

It has been done already: HERE
11  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Graphic Effects list with pictures [needs your help]2222 on: August 10, 2009, 05:42:15 PM
This seems like a good idea, though I think I've had my fair share of graphic testing today, so I'll get pictures some other time.

But yeah, Segab, the Universal Graphic Effects list should be considered done, because I tried testing the numbers after 87, and I didn't get any effects to come up. So I do think that list is done...Now, just for the external ones.

If I could just remember how I used Hex Workshop to open the Hex file within the 9 bin file, I could help out with that -_-
12  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: "SubActions" infos on: August 10, 2009, 03:36:52 PM
I've been doing some Grahpics research, and this is what I've found so far!

80 Glass Shatter
81 Big Electric Blast
82 Small White flashing circle within Big Red flashing circle
83 Permanent Sparkles
84 Permanent (Really Bright) White Ball of Energy
85 Small Red Lightning
86 Cloud of Dust
87 Green Ball of Energy

Note, there's nothing after 87 apparently.

Try putting an "Asynchronous Timer" before the "Set Loop"

also try to put "Loop rest" after the execute loop instead.

edit: I'm pretty sure it will work if you do this:

Asynchronous timer: frames = 1
The effects
Goto (the offset number)

the offset is the thing that looks like this: 0x4321
just put "4321" in the Goto value.

Speaking of offsets and Goto.

Anyone figure how to do the whole Subroutine thing?
More importantly, what a Subroutine is? lol

Updates updates updates, gotta love them! ^_^
15  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: "Specials" infos on: August 10, 2009, 11:38:26 AM
Yeah. Even though the numbers are a bit cleaned up, now we have to get used to the cleaned up numbers and their distances...
