Sounds like the PSA is not detecting the Animations... You'd have to go into PSA/BrawlBox, and Rename some of the SubActions to the names of the Animations used in the FitMotionEtc.pac.
You mean I had to match the ID subaction of the animation to Samus or Jigglypuff???
I'm able to Port (Aqua) PSA) Jigglypuff over Samus successfully, but the problem now is that whenever I press B, Special and some A combos, it get some T Stance.
Can anyone plz help me. I managed to rel port Jigglypuff (Aqua PSA) over Samus but for some reason, whenever I press B, Special or A combos, it got some T- Pose.
I know that Jigglypuff was the first one to port any characters using normal rels.
However, there's none for Plug & Play rel which is why I'm using normal rel on HXD. I know which ID to replace for character and module but the problem is I don't know the offset for Purin. Or rather I tried these offset, but I'm unsure if this is the right one because when I select samus on css, it froze.
Those might be causing some weird problem I don't use them so I not sure you could try without Beyondyous and those extra slot codes on and see if it works.
Try these codes included with the Goten PSA I've use these in the past to port characters before I got the Phantom rels.

Also, yes I added all the costume slot for ichigo, I'm not dumb enough to leave one out. -_-

You said it doesn't matter what the sound actually was but why did you say that wario non fully fart is B and fully fart for Down B??
Wario fart is only down B. So aren't we matching the mewtwo psa SFX moves that correspond with Wario PSA ???
This got me thinking, I know what I say is not true according to every legend.
But what if Wave00 is Neutral B on both Wario and Lucario ( Mewtwo) and I open up the PSA for fitwario and mewtwo , I looked and compare both Nspecial ( Neutral B) and under sfx sub action their Id is different. I replace the ID of every wario Sound with Mewtwo.

Your playing normal brawl right, not brawl minus or do you have a code to add or change character slots like Zelda and sheik as two icons, all so did you make or are using any custom portraits for you characters or stages sometimes these can cause a freeze if over certain places.
Example the 64DK stage freezes if you try to replace its picture and if you try to change Ness' victory Portrait it will freeze there are more still more freezes with certain character Icon/portraits. But like Chaos_Knight said we must stop with the useless posts, I hope you can figure out what's wrong if not put Ichigo over someone else besides you'll end up working for a while the you'll be like YES!!! YESSS!!!! I got it to work, Jrush next import Cloud or Over Fox WHAT WHY!!!!!! Sob Sob Sob.
I'm playing Beyondyous Riivolution if you mean by Normal Brawl and Yes, I added the codes for 2 different characters separately for Zelda, Shiek, Wario, Warioman, Bowser, Giga Bowser, Pokemon trainer, Squirtle, Charizard, Bulbasaur, and I even added the Alloys.
I gotta tell you that none of them freeze whatsoever, it works perfectly fine. I didn't add any portraits or any custom images on my characters or stages except that I only changed the layouts of the CSS and SSS.
Jrush and Calypso are right, I've also gotten Plug and Play rels to work just fine over Fox, from Ike, Marth, to even Link and etc. I've gotten no freezes whatsoever and I didnt need codes at all either. Might want to check your module rels just to make sure they actually are edited with correct id location and all. Usually it freezes for me too when i get to the stage selection screen, but it was my fault when I edited the plug and play rels that I edited wrong, so double check that as well, it might be a possibility that it was the module rel.
Oh and some plug and play rels I've tried to make work doesnt work over some characters. For example, Ice Climbers is just one of those characters that Plug and Plays can't really go over unless you have codes of some sort to make it work without freezing , same goes for Kirby, . I have never been able to successfully been able to perfect port over Kirby, but I know Kirby is just one of those characters. . So I guess it just depends, but the Ike rel that we have used work flawlessly without any freezing on fox. Currently though, I have the marth Sora PSA ported over Fox, and it works fine. then again I dont wanna jinx myself and find that my SSBB starts crashing on me whenever I go back and play it.
Oh and if someone HAS been succesful at porting over Kirby, I would love some advice on how you did it you genius.
I did checked it like 3 times and I was so sure that the id matched it up perfectly using module editor. I tried other P&P Rel module and it successfully able to port properly yet for some reason, the ike over fox froze -_-
Ok, I tried Ichigo PSA to port over Fox using P&P Rels and it freeze after I select a stage in the SSS which is weird because I was sure that I named all the file to "FitFox".pac and I even changed the module and character Id to Fox.
Maybe it has to do with the code?? But I don't really see the troubles with these codes unless things needs to be added??

I know you said that in PSA, some moves have more than one sound effect , but should I copy all if it has 3 sound effect and replace over mewtwo psa???
