its a program to get your brawl build into the ISO, this way you dont have to do the homebrew stuff to play it and just get it in as a normal wii ISO, however it doesnt support brawlex but it does support the other regular codes
also @tyshy, I saw you made your own smash sisters ISO somewhere, did you use brawlbuilder for that? I am interesting in making something like that too (making an ISO is an easier way to get casual people to play with your models than teaching them how to mod brawl..)
seriousy for everything? after so many years I think its been time to try to use other 3D editing programs, you would be amazed to see what you can do when you break your own limits
as the title says, pls halp here's what im talking about: I imported this model over Shulk and got it to work butthe cape object stops being visible out of the blue, how do I fix this?
I dont like to deform my models to fit the bonesets, so I prefer to edit the boneset instead.. at least in brawl, I heard it can also be done in sm4sh by editing the model.vbn, but I havent know anything else apart from that I tried to move some bones in 3ds max and do the same I do for regular model imports (export as fbx, import in noesis, export the dae from noesis to forge) but when I test the animations, this new edited boneset doesnt work with the animations, which makes me think this doesnt work do anybody here know how to get this done? I know editing bones makes the import not compatible with online playing but I dont really care about that
Wait, then how do you rig a model, then, if the bones aren't with the model? Like, how does the rigging even work? Does the file with the bones specify exactly which vertices are rigged, or something? Post Merge: February 06, 2017, 06:14:10 AMAlso, is there a good tutorial on how to do it with 3DS Max, so that I can have some idea of what to do, to write the Blender tutorial?
Pretty much sure you tried to import the sm4sh model missing ALL files from the folder, you need to have some files when youre importing the model because the boneset is within a separated file in sm4sh models
oh btw before I get warned for talking about something out of place here I wanna ask if we gonna put some kind of data partition for sm4sh lilke we did with brawl? at least for the character files.
ohhh, yeah, I have noticed some PSAs which were edited in bb cant be opened with PSA, I remember DAO used to tell me "Brawlbox is the devil when it comes to editing PSAs dude, it corrupts them and makes them unable to be opened with PSA or tabuu", I have added it to the OP now btw
