i dont work on sfx at all so just make a forum  asking how to do it, i think its in the fitXX.pac im not sure or it maybe in the  fitmotionetc idk but when u get in there u just have to change the numbers to whoever ur porting it to, but idk how to do tht so i cant help anymore than tht :p

hes not making blaze with a .rel so I think that's going to be a problem, but if u port the sfx by changing the id number and all the numbers to fit the character u r porting her to then it should work tht way. but other than tht just slapping a .rel on another character and using blazes psa I doubt its going to work because the sounds aren't in the .rel

I was trying to say that.
How can we change the ID number to make her have the voice just like another character.
I have Sephiroth over Marth, and I don't want to change him.

No, you didn't understand.
I mean, Calikingz01 made some of his PSA's REL ported over other characters.
For example: Espio over Marth (now deleted). He also made a port over Wario, and that one had Wario's voice instead of being mute (unless facing Marth).
I now replaced Wario's voice to have Espio's, retaining Marth's voice.

Another example would be the Sasuke made by jrush. That PSA was made using Ike, then ported over Meta Knight.
That PSA (Ike over Meta Knight) has Meta Knight's voice instead of Ike's so now we can have Sasuke's voice without replacing Ike's.

The SOLar version is a complet swap (no .rel), so the SFX will replace the one of Marth, if you use a .rel of Marth into another character slot, you will have the SFX of Blaze.

I don't plan to port Blaze into another character slot.


Well, is there a way I can port her over another character, but still have THAT character's voice?
I mean, for example: Blaze over Marth ported over King Dedede, but still have Dedede's voice so I can replace it.

I port Blaze over Marth, but this one (SOLar version) is a complet rework of the old one.

80% of the A & B move are new, new SFX, new animation, new model and solar emeralds model imported into SSBB.

Burning Blaze will not be controllable in the Final Smash, because Marth dosen't have a double PSA moveset like Bowser.


That's a lot better. But you should port it also over another character.
I mean, do the PSA over Marth, and then port it over... King Dedede or Jiggs.
That's just an idea.
I may port her over anybody with a REL, but then she will have Marth's voice (or whoever who is over Marth. ex. Sephiroth) and would be really odd.
Well, that's my opinion.

Burning Blaze (over Giga Bowser) freezes randomly.
Commonly after the 2nd jump or when using Neutral B.
Why?

BTW, don't you consider on doing Blaze over another character?
Because Bowser and Giga Bowser are SUPER glitchy.

i know its you who asked for a tut video on youtube: how to turn SSJ3 on goku moveset
and if you can´t even understand simple english on a readme like:
step 1:
   do not use blackjax96´s Brawlbox use a older version like V0.63 or Goku wont work
   Link to a older version of brawlbox: http://brawldev.googlecode.com/files/BrawlBox.zip download this if you dont already have it
  step 2:
   open a FitpitXX.pcs for one of the goku model/texture (XX means: 00,01,02,03,04,05) in brawlbox V0.63

You only posted a short part of that ReadMe, and only that part is well written.
The rest of that ReadMe is NOT in simple english.
And I installed that Goku a long time ago. I had to figure it out in other tutorials.
