You could try lining up the models, and working in wireframe mode or something... Reshape it until it matches to how you like it...

So is there any progress at all on Vertex weights? I haven't found anything on it yet and I'm not too sure how to go about it myself..

I've been having problems when saving my files to work on again later...

I re-open the scene, but the vertecies aren't there so I re-import them... then once applying them from 0 to 100, I collapse the mesh, and select the vertecies, but then I can't pick the polygons from the scene, they don't show up in the list, meaning I can't apply the final step...

I'm having trouble (MAJOUR TROUBLE) trying to vertex hack with Maya....

I can vertex hack in Anim8or and 3DS Max (2009), but I can't get them to work at all in Maya (2010)...
Some say to just use either of those programs, but the truth is, I can't.... They're too messy and their UI's look bad to me, plus I'm 'experienced' in vertex modelling in Maya, so vertex hacking would only take me a matter of minutes to make and then test new hacks in Brawl right away...

Any help would be INSANELY AWESOME!

Just want to point out that I originally made Ball Kirby a while back when me and VILE first discovered polygon editing by hexing.

Add these Offsets and values to every sub-action you want to have the sword gone in.

18000100 - 6
0B000200 - 2 - 1
0B000200 - 1 - 1

Also, would anyone know how else to find what values remove other characters body parts? I'm sick of trail and error.

Can this also be used to play an animation backwards by simple making the number a negative?

I hate to break it to you, but I first found out about Brawl's "3D" when I made my first PSA hack (On August 8th), and someone probably found this out before me. I used it for background eye candy, got rid of it though cause I didn't like the way it looked.

Congrats on finding it and sharing it with everyone else though.
