Hey, ive recently started to make my own texture hacks ^__^

I was wondering, how i can get all the non textured hacked files, and all the motion.pac's (effects)

like i saw on somones channel, someone texture hacked dedede's motion.pac, wen he swung his hammer, there was like a yellow effect, sort of like marth's and ike's



i also want to know if its possible to hack the water from mario or squirtle or fire from charizard or bowser

Uh don't you make these hacks yourself?
Becaise you say you don't know what you have to upload...
So you just use foreign hacks and want to show them as they were yours?
Or am I getting you wrong^^"

I just learned to make texture hacks, and my first one was on lucario





I first hacked his head, then the arms and it didnt freeze



then i did the legs and body and it froze




But before this happened, i hacked the legs in paint and it didnt freeze, but then i went to photoshop and did the body and legs and it froze

PLEASE HELP
